*Yellow 21 Galwum Deep Lip Color Depth 🔘 While I didn't like the matte finish of water tints, the Rom&nd one isn't as matte. 🔘 The biggest advantage of water tints is their great color payoff and lightweight feel, but this one manages to retain those benefits while also solving the drying downside, applying more comfortably than previous water tints. 🔘 If you love mattes, want something non-transferring with good longevity, and desire a watercolor-like stained lip effect, this tint is for you. 🔘🔘 The Nutty Muve color does have a slightly deeper stained look once it sets, but the color is a beige-fig sort of shade, and it ends up looking almost like a natural lip color once applied.
