Unlike typical water tints that are usually vibrant and intense, Rom&nd has created a water tint with soft, delicate shades and impressive staying power While the staining power is good, as expected from a water tint, it's disappointing that all shades tend to stain the same color. After some time, dead skin cells become noticeable It's best to remove any oil or moisture from your lips with a tissue before applying. Avoid using it over a cushion foundation as it may not show up well due to pilling
