It was a complete water-based formula and the absorption was seamless. It adequately replenished the moisture, so after applying it 2-3 times, it felt incredibly hydrating. And as I was applying it, I could visibly see the redness in the mirror calming down, which was really great. The toner pack is good, but since it's too thin, the toner flows too much from the pack, and when applied to the face, it even gets into the eyes, which is really stinging. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2025
I'm currently using the Noni Ampoule and I'm so pleased with it that I decided to try the Noni Toner as well. It's not just a watery toner, but one with a slight viscosity. This exfoliating toner alone can hydrate and firm up your skin. It makes your skin smooth and even reduces texture. My skin tends to be extremely dehydrated, but this toner feels like it's delivering moisture deep into my skin. As I noticed with the Noni Ampoule, there's a minty scent that I don't like. It's the kind of fragrance that makes me worry my skin might react badly. Right after application, my skin felt firm and great, but after about 30 minutes, I experienced intense redness that wouldn't subside, so I had to wash it off. I also felt occasional tingling sensations. I guess this toner just doesn't agree with my skin. I saw on the Cellmax official website that rather than using this as an exfoliating toner, it's better to put it in a foaming bottle and apply it as a foam. Apparently, this method improves absorption and provides better hydration.
