I absolutely love this toner. The texture is as light as water, but it provides excellent hydration. This toner had no downsides, and it does a great job at moisturizing. I plan to purchase the larger size. The translation maintains the positive tone of the original text while using natural English expressions. The term "hydration" from the synonym list was used instead of a direct translation of "보습력". The structure was slightly adjusted to sound more natural in English. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 3, 2025
For oily skin with severe dehydration As it's a toner, I didn't expect much in terms of addressing deep dryness, but with just one application, it makes my skin feel incredibly hydrated! However, it seems to have a limit on how much hydration it can provide. Even when used as a toner pack, I don't feel any more moisturized than the initial application. It's a great toner for combating deep dryness in the first step of your skincare routine with just one use. There's a slight tingling sensation when first applied or if you use too much. It stings quite a bit if it gets into your eyes. It's perfect as a quick hydration boost in your basic skincare routine. One application is enough to make your skin feel moisturized. However, applying multiple layers doesn't seem to increase the hydration level. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 25, 2025
Excellent for calming blemish-prone skin. It has great hydration properties. This seems to be the only company offering noni products. I switched to this after my previous brand disappeared. It's a shame that this appears to be the only company making noni-based cosmetics. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2025
I'm currently using the Noni Ampoule and I'm so pleased with it that I decided to try the Noni Toner as well. It's not just a watery toner, but one with a slight viscosity. This exfoliating toner alone can hydrate and firm up your skin. It makes your skin smooth and even reduces texture. My skin tends to be extremely dehydrated, but this toner feels like it's delivering moisture deep into my skin. As I noticed with the Noni Ampoule, there's a minty scent that I don't like. It's the kind of fragrance that makes me worry my skin might react badly. Right after application, my skin felt firm and great, but after about 30 minutes, I experienced intense redness that wouldn't subside, so I had to wash it off. I also felt occasional tingling sensations. I guess this toner just doesn't agree with my skin. I saw on the Cellmax official website that rather than using this as an exfoliating toner, it's better to put it in a foaming bottle and apply it as a foam. Apparently, this method improves absorption and provides better hydration.
