how to make good use of it, i really need some tips^^;;;;

1. While they say the color is neutral, it seems to have a bit more of a whitish tone, so it's radiant when you first apply your makeup, but over time it becomes splotchy and darker.

2. The dedicated brush applies it thinly and lightly, which is good, but it feels a bit dry and cakey rather than seamlessly blended. It doesn't cover the pores around my nose well, and it flakes off... And when I use a puff, I can't really tell how much product is on it. When using the cushion, I tried adjusting the amount on the inner lid, but since I'm not used to the cream formula, it's a bit tricky.

3. They said it would have a luminous glow, but I found it to be quite drying. There's also a tightness to it...

4. I don't usually do much touch-up makeup, but when I got home in the evening, I noticed my face looked splotchy and my lip lines were really accentuated. I tried to cover it up with makeup, but it just seemed to highlight the flaws. I'm wondering if I need to change up my skincare routine or makeup application technique.

I'm a 40-year-old with skin concerns mainly related to dryness, wrinkles, and a dull complexion, rather than large pores, uneven texture, or blemishes. 
The vanilla ivory shade is described as a neutral tone, but it seems a bit more radiant and has a whiter cast. My veins appear quite bluish.
