The magic effect is truly amazing! It keeps my hair smooth and tamed all day long, just like a real magic spell. My scalp became unbearably itchy. After washing in the morning, by lunchtime it started to itch constantly. I tried pre-cleansing with a Labo-H scalp shampoo before using this one again, but the itching persisted. For dry scalp and hair that's somewhere between wavy and curly: • Excellent cleansing power for dry scalps (might not be as effective for oily scalps) • Previously, when I used Labo-H shampoo, my scalp was incredibly itchy. I've been using this for over 3 months, and while the results aren't dramatic, my hair definitely straightens out a bit! I recommend it for those who've had their hair chemically straightened and want to maintain the effect! Given that my hair is curly and quite thick, it only manages to straighten it somewhat. The voluminous, fluffy look of my thick hair is still unavoidable, I'm afraid. For maximum effectiveness, use all three products: shampoo, conditioner, and essence. The results are fantastic!

I couldn't resist buying this product as soon as it was released because my hair is so curly! First off, the packaging is gorgeous with its pearlescent design - it has such an ethereal feel! When I actually used it, I noticed it had a calming effect on my hair! I recommended it to a friend who also has very curly, frizzy hair, and even I was surprised at how well it tamed their locks! Not only does it calm the hair, but it also makes it incredibly soft, even without using conditioner. I felt like my hair texture improved significantly. The lather is also very gentle. In fact, when using this shampoo, I skipped conditioner altogether! I was truly amazed at how it both calmed and softened my hair. The fragrance is hard to describe, but it's a pleasant floral scent. This shampoo has it all - great scent, improved hair texture, and frizz control. And while many functional shampoos can be expensive, Mise-en-Scene offers great value for money, especially when on sale. You can use it generously without worrying about the cost. Since it's designed to calm the hair, it can make it a bit oily. It feels like my hair gets greasy faster. (Though this could be because I wash my hair in the evening) Try leaving the shampoo on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing instead of washing it off immediately! This enhances the shampoo's effectiveness and reduces the oiliness I mentioned. It also feels like it cleanses better! Also, don't expect it to straighten your hair completely like a professional treatment would. My own purchase ❗️Affordable price Bought shampoo + treatment for around $10 on Musinsa Even buying both doesn't exceed $20 (during promotions, of course) ❗️Subtle floral scent? Though it fades quickly, there's a relatively pleasant floral fragrance Not bad at all. ❗️ Hair feels softer? As a curly-haired person, I'm always rocking that frizzy look But when using this product, my hair feels softer and less frizzy. (It's not dramatically straight like I've had a keratin treatment though.) ❗️When shampooing, my hair doesn't tangle much or feel stiff. Hmm... it's called Magic Straight, but I'm not sure if it really lives up to that name. The main drawback is that it makes my hair get greasy faster, which is a major issue. For curly hair, proper shampooing technique and drying method are crucial Using cool air and gently drying your hair in a downward direction can help reduce frizziness.

The Perfect Magic Straight Treatment, exclusively sold on Musinsa, worked so well that I decided to try the shampoo too, hoping for even better synergy. It exceeded my expectations! While I don't necessarily recommend the oil serum, I do highly recommend both the shampoo and treatment. 2. 1) It comes in a transparent 530ml pump bottle with an aurora-like, iridescent purple formula that's oddly satisfying - like a squishy slime! 2) One pump is enough to lather up shoulder-length hair, and the bottle design is super convenient. 3) It shares the same scent as the treatment - a subtle, slightly sweet floral fragrance that doesn't linger. 4) The formula is clearer and thinner than typical Mise-en-Scene shampoos from supermarkets. It lathers well, but not excessively, which I prefer. 5) After rinsing, it feels like you've used a high-end shampoo rather than a drugstore brand. It seems to use quality surfactants. This is actually the first Mise-en-Scene shampoo that hasn't caused any blemishes for me (though I did carefully check the ingredients before purchasing). It's amazing how far hair products have come! 6) When drying your hair, you can feel the difference at your fingertips. It's as if the cuticles and frizz have been tamed, leaving your hair feeling incredibly soft and manageable. The calming effect is something you have to experience to believe! Unlike protein shampoos that can leave hair feeling strong but rough and dry, this shampoo makes your hair feel like it's standing at attention - in a good way! 3. The regular price is 15,000 won, but it's currently selling for 12,500 won for 530ml on Musinsa. At this price point, it's definitely worth trying! As I mentioned in my treatment review, I've used Kérastase and René Furterer products for curly hair that cost 70,000-80,000 won each. This is a steal in comparison! I highly recommend this to anyone with curly hair or those seeking sleek, well-behaved locks. It's fantastic! 1) The only downside is that oil builds up a bit quickly. As someone with slightly oily scalp, I find myself wanting to wash my hair again by the afternoon. However, there's no visible greasiness, oil buildup, or scalp odor. I might just be being overly picky! 2) Currently, it's only available on Musinsa. Hwahae, please start selling it soon! Even with just the shampoo, my hair feels more manageable. It's not the kind of softness that comes from naturally healthy hair, but more like a coating effect similar to a hair treatment. It seems to work really well for curly hair. I also bought the treatment and serum, but since I'm too lazy to write separate reviews, I'll mention them here. The treatment is pretty good too - it makes your hair feel smooth, with that same coating-like softness as the shampoo. However, the serum isn't that impressive. I bought it from Musinsa, but unfortunately they only sell the treatment and serum as a set or the whole line. If they offered a shampoo and treatment duo, I'd probably buy it more often. If I had to pick something, it would be the scent... There's a somewhat artificial smell. I really feel like my hair becomes noticeably calmer when I use this. However, it seems the synergy truly comes from using all three products together. It's exactly as they say - you need to use all three products together to get that calming effect. When used separately, they don't seem to make much difference.
