You can immediately feel the complexion boost, and it's not significantly affected by sweating. A major advantage is that it maintains the initial skin appearance for about 3 hours, even after perspiring. While it definitely brightens the complexion, this radiance only lasts for about 3 hours before it starts to mix with skin oils and easily rubs off. It's also very prone to transfer - just pressing with a finger can remove it. However, if you try to set it heavily with powder, it severely emphasizes dead skin cells. In short, it's really not recommended for oily or combination dehydrated skin. It's best to mix this with your usual high-adherence, high-coverage cushion foundation. Choosing the right cushion is crucial. Make sure to use it with a cushion or puff that enhances adherence and provides a firm application. - ch*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 5, 2025
I recently had my skin tone analyzed and was told I should use shade 17 Porcelain. However, I found that the Icy shade in this line looks prettier and gives a more fair appearance than shade 17. When you want to achieve that 'bare face that's prettier than your actual bare face' look? This product seems to pull it off really well. It's not a foundation that looks beautiful just by slapping it on. If you don't have a solid skincare base, it might pill or separate a bit. For best results, use a spatula to spread a thin layer evenly, then pat it in with a sponge. It looks beautiful this way! - es*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsFeb 27, 2025
First off, most #13 cushions don't suit me, but I really liked how well this shade matched my skin tone. Unfortunately, it made my skin feel irritated and slightly tingly. After removing my makeup, I noticed my skin barrier seemed compromised. This product might be better suited for oily or combination skin types rather than sensitive or dry skin. - ai********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 8, 2025
While it's not exceptionally high coverage, it does conceal mild redness! It adheres to the skin with a moisturizing feel, and there's a subtle brightening effect. It's truly an amazing foundation for those with very dry skin. To be honest, the coverage isn't that high. It tends to pill a bit if you apply too much skincare underneath. Try using it with a heart-shaped spatula from Daiso! It works wonders. - ve*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedDec 31, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin who uses shade 13, I've found this Korean brand cushion to be both hydrating and brightening. It's been a challenge to find a suitable foundation, so I've been using department store brands. But this one is not only affordable but also keeps my skin moisturized. I'm really satisfied! Even though everyone acknowledges I have fair skin, using this alone, even in thin layers, makes me look like I'm wearing kabuki makeup. I wouldn't recommend using it by itself. While it's hydrating, the coverage isn't particularly impressive. I wouldn't suggest using this on its own. Instead, it works great when mixed with a foundation that's darker and more matte than your complexion. Just one pump can lighten your base by half to one full shade. - wk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 11, 2024
The bright shade enhances complexion without darkening. It keeps skin moisturized for a long time. Ever since I started using it, I've been getting small blemishes and my face is unbearably itchy. To avoid patchiness, make sure to apply your base skincare products carefully.
