I bought this for my dead skin cells, and it's made my skin so soft and smooth. When I apply a bit and leave it on for a short while before cleansing, it works like a mask. It seems to be effective for brightening my complexion too. The granules don't dissolve well, so if you massage too vigorously, it might cause some irritation. I also use it to cleanse the area around my neck where I have some small skin tags, and it seems to be helping fade them. - yo*******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 3, 2025
The gentle exfoliation with Job's tears powder is perfect for managing millet-like skin texture. After cleansing, your skin doesn't feel dry or tight. It's mild, causing minimal irritation to the skin. It's great! For an even richer lather, try adding this to your foam cleanser when washing your face! Using this product alone might leave you feeling slightly less refreshed after cleansing. For a truly invigorating cleanse, sprinkle some of this powder into your foam cleanser. It creates a luxurious lather and helps improve your complexion too. - jo*******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 21, 2025
I've been using this for over a month now. As someone with very dry skin, I often get rough, flaky patches on my forehead. I decided to try this product after hearing good things, and I'm pleased with the results. It lathers well and rinses off cleanly. My skin feels moisturized afterwards without any tightness. While it doesn't completely eliminate the rough patches, it does seem to reduce them slightly. However, the granules in this cleanser are much larger compared to other powder cleansers. This means a lot of product gets wasted as it flies away when I'm trying to work it into a lather with water. It's a bit frustrating and feels wasteful. Due to the large granule size, it doesn't dissolve easily, so I have to rub quite vigorously to create a foam. It might work better with a foam maker, but I find using one too much hassle. Without it, the granules tend to scatter, leading to more waste. This is my main disappointment with the product. I wonder if they could make the granules finer? Everything else about it is good though. For reference, the third palm photo shows less lather because I used a smaller amount of product, and some granules flew away while I was running the tap water. It's worth noting that all low pH cleansing foams tend to produce less lather compared to more alkaline formulas. To get a rich lather, it's essential to wash your hands thoroughly before working the cleanser into a foam. The photos above show less foam because I didn't wash my hands first. When you start with clean hands, you'll get a much richer lather. - so*****Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2025
Enzyme cleansers are super trendy right now, and this one's been heavily advertised. After trying it, I must say I love the large container. Unlike other enzyme cleansers that come in sachets, this one comes in a single big tub, which is so convenient. The downside is that because it's in one big container, it can be tricky to control how much you use. Sometimes a lot comes out suddenly, which can be startling. Be careful when dispensing the product. - wa*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 28, 2025
I've been using this since last year, and I'm truly amazed every time I use it. After cleansing, there's not a single dead skin cell left, and my skin feels incredibly soft! I use it every other day, and I absolutely recommend it. The texture of my skin is phenomenal - just buy it and try it once, you won't regret it! At first, I was taken aback by the scent, but by the second use, I found it quite alright. Go ahead and give it a try! - gu*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 23, 2025
I was looking to switch my cleansing foam due to frequent blemishes, and I heard that enzyme cleansers are less irritating to the skin. So, I decided to replace my foam cleanser with an enzyme one. I was worried that the powder might fly around or not lather well, being an enzyme cleanser, but those concerns were completely unnecessary. Only a small amount is needed to create a good lather, and it's not irritating to the skin at all. Plus, my skin feels moisturized after use, which I love! There wasn't anything particularly disappointing! Just keep in mind that since it's an enzyme cleanser, controlling the amount you use is essential. - dk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 19, 2025
This foaming cleanser works wonders for removing makeup. You lather it in your hands and apply it to your face. After rinsing, your skin feels incredibly soft, and it effectively removes all traces of makeup. It seems particularly suitable for those with slightly oily skin. The foam isn't as abundant as one might expect. It's best to apply toner immediately after cleansing. If you wait a bit, you might experience some deep dryness in your skin. - jy***Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 12, 2025
I didn't notice while using it, but after finishing and not using it for a few days, I realized how well it managed my dead skin cells. As advertised, it really helps with exfoliation and even makes the texture on my forehead less noticeable. I'm planning to repurchase. It would be great if there was more product in the container. Other than that, I have no complaints. - am******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 4, 2025
While I can't compare it to other enzyme cleansers, this one is less irritating than regular foam cleansers. It manages my skin texture well, and after cleansing, my skin feels clean yet maintains its moisture! I wish the particles were a bit finer, but it's still great as it is! After wetting your face with lukewarm water, take a small amount in your hand, dissolve it, and cleanse your face. It removes makeup effectively and creates a gentle lather. - vo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 10, 2024
As someone with an abundance of dead skin cells, I'm serious about exfoliation, so I was surprised to find no reviews for this product. Personally, I find it even better than Papa Recipe's Eggplant Enzyme Powder Cleanser. I've been alternating between the two for my morning cleanse, but Mamy Care's product definitely works better for me. I'm sticking with Mamy Care for my enzyme cleanser from now on. While Papa Recipe's powder is more fine, this product has slightly larger granules. However, when you gently mix it with a bit of water in your hands, it creates a soft lather. After cleansing, there's no tightness, and my morning makeup applies beautifully. The price is also reasonable when purchased during KakaoTalk deals. I hope more people discover this gem! There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, maybe the container is a bit large for the amount of product? It would be nice if they made the container smaller. Even when you open a new product, it only fills about 3/5 of the container, leaving the rest empty. Despite having the same 50g capacity, the container is larger compared to Papa Recipe's.
