The fragrance wasn't overpowering, but pleasantly subtle. Being a water-gel formula, it wasn't sticky at all.
ConsThe downside was that, probably due to its water-based nature, it seemed to dry quickly. I had to apply an emulsion on top soon after.
TipTo avoid startling my child, I told them I was going to spray it beforehand. They actually found it quite fun!

This product uses gellan gum to create a gel formula that transforms into a fine mist when sprayed (thanks to its fog-spray bottle design). As described, spraying it up close gives you an essence-like texture (like a clear, viscous ampoule?), while spraying from afar creates a mist effect! The gellan gum provides basic hydration, and with the addition of various moisturizing ingredients, it perfectly addresses the drying effect often associated with water-based mists. The fog-spray bottle works excellently, and despite being a gel, there are no issues with clogging at the nozzle. It's formulated with only EWG green-grade ingredients, has undergone irritation and harmful substance-free clinical tests, and I personally didn't experience any irritation when using it. While you might expect it to feel sticky on the face, it's actually non-sticky, providing natural hydration without feeling heavy. It maintains a dewy feel, making it perfect to carry in your bag and spritz on your child during seasonal changes or dry winter months when skin needs extra moisture.
ConsThere aren't any significant drawbacks, but personally, I think it would be even better for baby products if they didn't use PEG-derived moisturizers, even though they're generally fine. There's a slight residue at the nozzle, but it doesn't harden or block the opening... it's not really worth worrying about.

My children always ask for a spritz when they see me using my mist, but I was hesitant to use adult products on them. Now we can use this one freely. The spray bottle is super fun for the kids. When sprayed up close, it comes out like an aloe gel, and from a distance, it's a fine mist. It's great for quickly cooling down hot skin and adding moisture when the air is dry from air conditioning, fans, or heaters. The peach jelly scent is a huge hit with the kids. We use an unscented emulsion, so spraying this on top was a refreshing change. The finish is just right - moisturizing without any stickiness. I think it would work well for oily skin types too.
ConsIt felt a bit lacking when used alone. I found myself reapplying after it dried - it is a mist after all. I'm very particular about hydration, so I layered it over an emulsion for extra moisture. The sweet peach scent is lovely, but I worried it might attract mosquitoes in summer. Fortunately, the fragrance seems to fade quickly.
TipIt would be great to keep in the bathroom and use before drying your hair or applying emulsion. Since it cools the skin's surface well, it's perfect for when your skin feels hot. I loved how it amplified the hydration when sprayed over my unscented, moisturizing emulsion, while adding a pleasant fragrance. It would be handy to keep in the car to combat dryness from air conditioning or heating.
