I love that the deep undertone shade is versatile and easy to use! It's perfect for a bare-faced look, and also great when you want to create a brighter makeup look. Though I think it would look even more radiant and beautiful on cool-toned skin. The moisturizing formula applies so smoothly, making it ideal for winter use. While there's nothing particularly disappointing, if I had to pick something, I'd say the staying power isn't that great, which is a bit of a letdown. - rl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 25, 2025
Color payoff: Very good. The packaging is lovely, and I adore how it creates a subtle glossy effect. The colors apply beautifully, like a watercolor painting! It's even suitable for a bare face with just a light application. Longevity: Despite being glossy and applying thinly, it has surprisingly good staying power for such pretty colors. Even as it fades, the glossiness may diminish, but the color saturation doesn't drastically drop. I have dry skin and my lips often chap, but with diligent care, I've been rocking these pretty lip colors all winter! It looks great with a touch of lip balm on top, not awkward at all. While my complexion tends to be a bit yellowish, it's not an issue when I wear this over base makeup. For those applying it on bare skin, I'd recommend opting for a more muted shade. It can accentuate dead skin cells ~ However, this isn't a major issue if you exfoliate before application. Pro tip: First, use a nude-toned lip pencil to slightly overline your lips (I recommend Lilybyred Milky Blur Fondue Bar 01). Then, apply this product starting from the inner part of your lips. The result? Lips that scream 'dewy' all year round, from spring to winter!
