Just apply a drop on an unripe blemish before bed, and by morning it'll be ready to extract! This cream seems to work like a catalyst, encouraging blemishes to come to a head faster. Instead of dealing with those frustrating, red, in-between spots, you can extract them and then treat with ointment or a patch. This way, they calm down much quicker! I'm not sure if it contains ingredients that thin the skin, but it can feel a bit hot and might cause a slight tingling sensation. If you have super sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend this. Remember to patch test first and consult with a dermatologist if you have concerns about using new products on your skin, especially if you're prone to irritation or allergic reactions. - jo*************RecommendedApr 28, 2025
I bought this around March and have been using it consistently, especially when my blemishes get severe. It absorbs well into the skin, though the texture feels a bit sticky when applying. I think this product could work for all skin types. It seems fine except for the small size. I wish they would increase the volume! - xn****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 18, 2025
Since it's a blemish balm, I applied it generously to areas with acne. I covered spots where pimples and blemishes were just starting to appear. Rather than dramatic results, it gives more of a slight calming effect. It seems to work on small pimples. Make sure to apply a generous amount! - k-******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 17, 2025
I've been using this for about a month. The absorption is a bit tricky at first, but if you gently massage it in after completing your skincare routine, it gradually absorbs. Some people apply it thickly, but doing so can leave a yellow, sticky layer on the surface that slightly sets. It doesn't harden completely - it's still touchable, just firmer. I mainly used it on textured skin and inflamed blemishes. For texture, you need to apply it consistently for at least a week. For inflamed blemishes, it seems to accelerate their progression, either bringing them to a head faster or helping scabs form. Honestly, I can't think of any specific downsides. Considering the price and product quality, I absolutely recommend it. I typically apply it to irritated areas around my nose or forehead where hair frequently touches, as well as on reddened skin. In my experience, applying it preventatively has been 100% effective in stopping blemishes that would have otherwise appeared. - bm*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedApr 11, 2025
It's more effective on pimples that are about to pop rather than red ones. I've actually experienced significant improvement in my blemishes after applying it before bed. The texture is a bit disappointing. Personally, I wish it was a product that adhered better to the skin. - ki***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsApr 6, 2025
The tube packaging is hygienic! The clear color makes it suitable for use outside the house. It contains alcohol, so if you're sensitive to alcohol, avoid using it. I used it without knowing and my skin turned very red - I'm struggling now. If alcohol doesn't bother your skin, you might find it effective. - ph****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 18, 2025
A slightly thick, translucent blemish balm. Since it's only used on problem areas, it lasts surprisingly long. Being from Mamonde, I had high hopes, but it exceeded my expectations. Above all, I highly recommend it for its incredible value. Can you believe it's only 3,000 won? Nothing particularly bad to mention. Results may vary, but it works wonders on inflammatory blemishes. - be***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
I first used this when my small pimples had spread into two large, inflamed blemishes. Amazingly, they completely subsided by the next day! However, after using it for a few days, I didn't see much effect. On the bright side, it didn't cause any additional irritation, and it seems to have a slight calming effect on larger blemishes. While it might be challenging to completely eliminate blemishes, I think this isn't a bad choice for putting out urgent fires (like large, inflamed pimples). Plus, it's quite affordable! - ga********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2025
This is the Mimo by Mamonde blemish balm. I've finished one jar and I'm on my second now. Although it's a soothing balm, I've been using it for hydration. Gel-type products tend to dry quickly, often causing deep dryness, but this one is different. The package description mentions it's effective for blemishes caused by dryness, so it could be great for those with small bumps. I'd recommend it for combination dehydrated skin and dry skin types! I'll likely repurchase when I finish this jar. One of its advantages is the wallet-friendly price! It's said that applying a thick layer on a pus-filled blemish before it comes to a head can speed up the maturation process, but I'm not sure about that. While it is a soothing balm, I'm uncertain if it has the appropriate soothing effect for pustular blemishes. - gm**********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 23, 2025
It definitely has a soothing effect when applied overnight. Seems to work well on pustular acne. Oh my goodness, it's way too harsh! It feels like I'm brushing my teeth with my face!
