It's the only Daiso cream that doesn't cause many blemishes, and you can definitely feel the hydration. The way it absorbs is also great. Compared to other cosmetics, it's not something I'd highly recommend. However, considering its price point, it's incredibly good value for money. There wasn't really any good point. It seemed moist and had less oil, so it was just okay. For several days, I only applied it before bed, but one day, the flushing that I hadn't experienced before started coming up, and even just applying anything would be too stinging. At first, I didn't know if it was because of this cream, but my cheeks became dull and blotchy. I cut out all skincare except toner and lotion, and after a couple of days of not applying anything, it got a bit better. I just threw away this cream right away, and it felt like my skin barrier was completely compromised. I don't know exactly which ingredient caused this, but this is the first time I've experienced this, and it's not worth the risk, as it's not that great of a product. โขValue for money Setting aside everything else, the price was so reasonable that I could overlook some minor shortcomings. โขHydration As soon as I applied it, I immediately felt the moisturizing effect. While it didn't deeply nourish my skin as I'd hoped, I was satisfied with the hydration it provided. โขCooling effect Although it didn't last long, I did experience a temporary cooling sensation. โขAbsorbs well It absorbed completely without leaving any residue, even when applied generously. The adherence to the skin seems really good. โขMakeup-friendly When I applied makeup after using this cream with a puff, my base makeup definitely looked less cakey. Usually, my makeup starts to separate after a few hours, but it stayed intact for half a day. It seems to hold everything in place well on the skin's surface. โขOverall effectiveness I didn't see any remarkably impressive results. It's just an average cream that's usable because it's cheap...? It was fine for my oily skin, but those with dry skin might be better off using a different cream. โขMoisture retention The hydration dissipated very quickly after application. I felt dry not long after applying it. Great for a quick, light application when you're in a hurry. The scent is so subtle it's practically undetectable, making it very pleasant to use. For someone like me who needs deep hydration and soothing, this product was really disappointing. It feels heavy when layering, and the performance doesn't justify the price. Among similar products like Biotide, this is the least impressive. Incredibly lightweight! As someone with oily skin, I love that it's not sticky or suffocating. No major issues, but it's hard to control how much cream comes out. As someone with combination/acne-prone skin, I love that this isn't too rich and absorbs well. It's perfect for tackling deep dryness, and it suits my skin so well that I'm already on my second bottle! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, so I guess its only drawback might be that it's just... average? Or maybe the small amount?
