I highly recommend this. The sheet itself is incredibly smooth and soft, and the usage experience is just amazing. I used to use other calming face masks, but they didn't give me much effect the next day. But with this one, after just one use, the heat in my skin went down, and the acne on my face started to calm down significantly. Even though not all the acne went away after the first use, I kept using it diligently for a week, and I'm not exaggerating - the acne on my face completely subsided. And there was a ton of essence left in the pack, so I was able to use it for several days. I have sensitive skin and am prone to flushing. I am also complex. It's really amazing how after washing, I immediately put an ice pack in the freezer. (I heard that if the temperature is too cold or hot, flushing can get worse or be bad, according to the dermatologist.) So after washing, I put it on and in the meantime, I tidy up my skin texture with toner and apply a little ampoule, and immediately put it on. ~ As expected~~~~I felt a strong sense of calming down. It felt so good. Even though I have sensitive skin, it didn't particularly flare up and although it was a one-time thing, the flushing also subsided a lot. Somehow, I feel like if I do this consistently, it will be fine.
