I was lucky enough to win this in an event, and it really showed me the difference between budget-friendly options and investing in quality skincare. While I've raved about Daiso's Curesonar toner before, this one definitely has superior performance. The texture is fluid but not completely watery - it has a slight slip that helps it cling to the skin. For a watery toner, it's surprisingly good at locking in moisture. I found I could use fewer layers than usual and still get great hydration. Considering I used it in the dead of winter, I'd say its moisturizing power is impressive. In early February when my skin was at its driest, it felt a tad insufficient, but as the weather improved, it became perfectly adequate. I think those with combination to oily skin would love this even in winter, while it'd be ideal for dry skin types in summer. Another plus is that it's free from any irritating fragrances or ingredients. It's a versatile product that would suit just about anyone.
ConsThe main drawback is that I didn't notice any brightening effects. I've used other niacinamide products before with visible results, but even after two months of use, I didn't see any difference with this one. That's a bit disappointing. Also, while the hydration is good, the price point feels a bit high if you're buying it solely for moisture. I'd happily use it again if received as a gift, but I might hesitate to purchase it with my own money.

ConsBeing a toner, it's hard to tell if this product alone improved my skin or had outstanding brightening effects, especially since I apply serums and creams after it.
