I consistently took this before bed for 10 days, and whether it's due to my restricted diet or not, I lost 3 kilos! The taste when swallowing this is really unpleasant, and I don't think I've seen any significant effects.

I'm not sure about weight loss, but it seems to be effective for maintaining weight and reducing bloating. Rather than taking it to lose weight, it's probably better for people who want to enjoy tasty food but don't want to gain weight. It's great for maintenance!
