Start with this for your nasolabial folds, smile lines, and between the brows. After sunscreen, always apply this before foundation to instantly brighten your complexion. Of course, don't apply it all over your face. Then, add a touch of lavender-toned blush to really make your skin tone pop. For winter, it would be nice if it had a slightly richer formula. It's matte. While that's great for summer, in winter... it tends to sit on top of the skin. This brightening moisturizer is a game-changer for targeted areas of the face. It works hard to even out your skin tone and create that coveted Inner Glow. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, be sure to layer it carefully. Remember, a little goes a long way in achieving that perfect complexion! - by********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 6, 2025
It's truly white - just pure white as the name suggests. You can use it on the center of your face before foundation to brighten up your complexion. It's also great for mixing with foundation that's a shade darker than your skin tone. What's unique about this concealer is that instead of a doe-foot applicator, it has a built-in spatula. This allows you to spread it thinly across your face. Even though it dispenses a good amount of product, it spreads out nicely in a thin layer, which I found really convenient. It sets quickly, so you need to blend it fast. It might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. This brightening moisturizer works hard to even out your skin tone. It absorbs well and doesn't leave a sticky residue. For those with combination dehydrated skin, you might want to layer a hydrating product underneath for extra moisture. - pa********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 4, 2025
I bought this because it's popular, but it's too bright to use on its own for brightening my face. Instead, I'm mixing it with my darker foundation. It's quite fluid, so it blends well with other foundations, which is great. For reference, I usually use shade 21! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I think it might be a bit challenging for beginners to use on its own. I'd recommend it for those who want a really bright look or, like me, want to mix it with a darker foundation! This brightening moisturizer works hard to even out your skin tone and give you that coveted Inner Glow. It absorbs well into the skin without feeling sticky, making it perfect for layering under makeup. While it may be too intense for some as a standalone product, it's versatile enough to mix with your favorite foundation for a custom complexion boost. - sa*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2025
While it doesn't offer much coverage, it gives a refined look to your skin texture and provides excellent brightening effects, making your complexion appear smooth and radiant. Despite being a concealer, it's lightweight and doesn't apply thickly, adhering to the skin as well as a foundation would. There's no feeling of it sitting on top of the skin or looking patchy. I have cool undertones and my complexion falls between shades 19-21. When applied with the right amount, it can achieve that perfect brightening effect. Using the spatula to apply directly is convenient, but it's a hassle to clean it every time before putting it back in. On the other hand, inserting it back without cleaning feels a bit unsanitary. I wish it came in a tube form like the Shy Shy Concealer! - jh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedMay 10, 2025
I've been using a popular white concealer from another brand, but when my favorite brand BBIA released their own, I immediately bought it! The ingredients in BBIA's version are even better, which is great! The coverage is good and it adheres well to the skin. I always use it to brighten my complexion, applying it to areas that look beautiful with a bit of volume - like the center of the forehead, bridge of the nose, nasolabial folds, and center of the chin. It works wonderfully and is so easy to use - I love it! Another thing I really like is that the concealer tip is made of plastic, which seems more hygienic than a brush applicator. Concealers often tend to dry out and crease over time, but this product has a surprisingly smooth finish without being so matte that it looks cakey. Since it's a white shade, it's incredibly versatile. You can mix it with various other products, which I think makes it really useful! The only slight inconvenience I found was with the applicator tip. It's long and thin, which makes it a bit tricky to blend on the skin. I often use it as a highlighter on my nose bridge, and while it's not terribly uncomfortable, I think a shorter and wider tip might work better. While I love the design, it's a bit disappointing that you can't see how much product is left. I haven't experienced any blemishes from using it, so there weren't any other issues! Given that concealers tend to provide good coverage but can be drying, those with dry skin might want to mix it with a more hydrating product to avoid any pilling. I also like to mix it with other products. When I want a softer-looking blush, I'll mix it with a liquid blush before applying. You can also blend it with other concealers, which is a big advantage of having a white concealer - it allows for a wide range of color combinations. I highly recommend it! - pk******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMay 7, 2025
It's great when mixed with a darker base for a brightening effect. Dabbing it on areas you want to highlight, like cheeks or nose, gives a nice highlighting effect. The concealing effect is minimal. The color is too light for coverage, so it's best used for color correcting purposes. - tj********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 2, 2025
The built-in spatula made it easy to apply a thin layer, and I think it would be great for touch-ups too! It definitely works well as a highlighter. Using the built-in spatula to swipe the concealer on your skin and then putting it back in feels a bit unhygienic. Even if you wipe it, this process seems a bit bothersome. - dl*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 6, 2025
The fact that it's a white concealer is a major plus. The spatula, in particular, is a really thoughtful touch for beauty junkies. It's perfect for quick touch-ups when you're on the go. As a concealer, I can't really say it provides good coverage. That's probably because of its white color... - di*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 31, 2025
It's definitely great for brightening up your complexion. I'm using it regularly and loving it! Be careful! If you don't control the amount well, you might end up looking like you've dusted your face with flour. The spatula-shaped applicator is fantastic for thin application. It works wonderfully as a highlighter, and when used as a white concealer base under blush, it makes the color pop beautifully. I'm really enjoying this product! It sets quickly, so you need to blend it rapidly with a puff after application. Since it's a pure white shade, controlling the amount is crucial. Also, being a concealer, it's quite matte and dry, so those with dry skin should use it cautiously.
