It's great for hydration/soothing!! Since it's a toner, it can be used as a pack and it's also good for basic skincare It's also fine for sensitive skin😀 It's really a basic basic(?) so the scent is just a light herbal smell

This is a toner that I have been using consistently since January 2023. In the summer, my skin becomes extremely oily, while in the winter, it becomes extremely dry. Regardless of whether my skin is oily or dry, this toner is effective and works well with my makeup. I recommend this toner for both oily and dry skin types.
