  Thanks to the houttuynia cordata extract, this product was effective in soothing redness and irritation! I'm so satisfied that I've ordered over three bottles already. It was especially helpful in calming redness and those pesky little bumps! Moreover, with a pH level of 5.5, its mildly acidic formula is gentle on sensitive skin and seems to strengthen the skin's protective barrier. The texture is watery and light, absorbing quickly without any stickiness, making it perfect for toner masking or layering! I loved both the Docto and Facto versions. As someone with dry skin, I found it gentle, soothing, and non-irritating. I could actually see my skin becoming smoother! I particularly enjoy using it for cotton pad masks or as a mist alternative.

  Cons

  If you're expecting intense hydration, you might be a bit disappointed. Even with multiple layers, it doesn't completely resolve deep dryness. Those with dry skin might want to pair it with a heavier, more moisturizing toner for better results. Also, don't expect it to address issues like dark spots, brightening, or wrinkles - it's mainly for calming and balancing skin hydration. The price point is on the higher side, which might be a concern for students. While you get a large 500ml bottle for 30,000-40,000 won, frequent application could make it a bit costly.

  I've been using this product for two months now, and it applies with a wonderfully hydrating feel and has a water-like, fluid texture! My skin type is oily, but I tend to experience deep dryness if I don't get enough hydration. This toner is perfect for balancing my skin after cleansing.   As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm usually very cautious when choosing toners. But after trying this one on a friend's recommendation, I'm absolutely smitten! First off, the absorption is fantastic - it feels moisturizing and sinks in quickly! It's also amazing when used with a pad straight from the fridge for a refreshing, cool application. My skin used to be extremely sensitive and prone to blemishes, but it's improved dramatically since I started using Anua products! I used to have spots and acne all over my forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, and even above my upper lip. Now, all that's left are some acne scars and a bit of redness - everything else has cleared up!

  Cons

  While I personally didn't have any issues, those who don't react well to houttuynia cordata should be careful. I loved it so much that I gifted it to my boyfriend, but unfortunately, it didn't agree with his skin at all.

  Tip

  Try decanting it into a mist bottle and spraying it whenever your skin feels dry!
