It does transfer a bit when wearing a mask, but that's unavoidable. Duckbill masks seem to work better though. After using it, it even feels like it sets my eyebrows in place, haha!
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, it's that the mist doesn't spray evenly. It would be so much better if it came out as a fine, even mist. Another drawback: be careful after applying makeup, as it can pill if you touch your face!
TipFor best results, spray generously on your puff, apply foundation, then finish by misting your face and drying with a fan.

While it's not ideal for large areas or long-distance application, it offers great value for beginners with its quality. The even and fine spray makes it easy to use without clumping. Although it's called 'velvet', the finish is closer to semi-matte, but without feeling particularly drying. It's as effective at maintaining sunscreen as other fixers I've used before. The scent is close to a powdery fragrance.
ConsIt seems to set your hair as well as your makeup. When spraying, some product gets on the roots, and after a while, it clumps slightly like hairspray. You can smooth it out with your hands, but it's a bit annoying. Unlike other fixers I've used, this one seems to create a film on the skin. This can cause your sunscreen to pill or make your skin look flaky when touched later. At first, I thought it was the fixer, but even when I switched back to my usual fixer while keeping the rest of my routine the same, I didn't experience the issues I had with this one.
