There's nothing to complain about - I'm so impressed that I'm actually tempted to buy more Cerolabs products. However, when I applied my usual mineral sunscreen over it, my skin felt itchy. If you have super sensitive skin, make sure to patch test first.

I was lucky enough to win the Cerolabs mask pack as part of the Hwahae Testers program, and I tried the sample that came with it. Just like the mask pack, this product was incredibly hydrating. It felt like splashing water on my face - so much moisture! The gel-like texture was abundant enough to cover my face and neck generously. It glides on smoothly, and while it seems like it won't absorb at first, it actually sinks in completely. I took a picture of my hand after applying, and it's gleaming even more under the light. My face has that hydrated glow too, making my skin look even better.

If I had to point out a downside, as Hwahae reviews require mentioning a negative aspect, I'd say that for someone who likes to use every last drop, I'm not sure how squeezable the packaging will be towards the end.

Out of curiosity, I tried each of Cerolabs' products, and I highly recommend their Hydration Gel Cream, which acts as an emulsion. The texture is delightfully bouncy, packed with hydration, and has great staying power. Plus, according to Hwahae's ingredient analysis, it's free from 20 potentially harmful substances.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but it would be even better if it were a bit more affordable.

First off, I love that it's fragrance-free, and I'm satisfied with how it absorbs. As I applied it, I really felt like this cream stays true to the basics without adding any unnecessary fragrances. I have dry skin, so a gel-type might be a bit drying in the dead of winter, but I think it'll work well for other seasons. My skin feels comfortable with this product.

The quantity is disappointingly small. I wish they would release a larger size.

It's a light cream texture that feels wonderfully moisturizing when applied. The hydration is so good that I want to keep using it.

It seems to be unisex, so my husband and I each use one.

Since it's aluminum, it might be a bit tricky to use when you're getting to the end of the product. They say it's for environmental protection, which I suppose makes sense.

After cleansing, I apply toner, then use a suitable amount of this product before bed, and that's it!

There's not much to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, I'm a bit worried about accidentally squeezing out too much product like with ointment tubes. A tube format might be better, haha!

As I have combination dehydrated skin, I use a gentle exfoliating cleanser and layer light skincare products to maintain deep hydration. Heavy oils or excessive product use often leads to milia.

After examining the ingredients, I had high hopes for this product.

1. Ingredients and Blemishes
As mentioned, I'm prone to milia depending on ingredients, but this formula looked promising. Throughout use, I experienced no blemishes and even noticed a calming effect. It was particularly helpful when my skin was feeling super sensitive recently.

2. Texture and Application
As shown in the photo, it has a gel-like consistency. There's a slight cooling sensation upon application, and it absorbs well. 
After applying, there's no sticky feeling, and it leaves a fresh finish.

3. Packaging
I was initially concerned about the aluminum tube tearing with repeated use, but I learned it's designed for recyclability. Knowing that 1% of sales go to environmental organizations added to my confidence in the brand.

4. Overall Impression
For combination dehydrated skin, unresolved deep dryness often leads to blemishes, so I've always been cautious about skincare while focusing on soothing and hydration.
This product has great ingredients, absorbs well, and leaves a nice finish. 
It was incredibly helpful when I was experiencing skin issues.

Being a gel cream, it works wonderfully when mixed with BB creams or makeup bases.

There's not much to complain about, but the wide opening of the container might lead to using more product than necessary.

Among all the moisturizers I've used, this one ranks among the top! It's incredibly satisfying. I love how it delivers hydration without feeling heavy. It's especially perfect for morning and evening use from summer through fall, without any burden.

When using an overnight mask, I found that applying this product and letting it absorb before putting on the mask seems to result in more hydrated skin the next morning!

I'm concerned about the aluminum packaging... When you're nearing the end of the product, aluminum containers can sometimes tear or break. Also, the opening is quite large, making it difficult to control the amount of product dispensed.

Absorbs well: Being a gel cream, it spreads smoothly and evenly on the skin.

Hydration: While it's a lightweight formula, it provides adequate moisture. However, as the weather got cooler, I noticed a slight dryness.

Scent: Fragrance-free

Overall impression:
As a gel cream, it spreads easily and absorbs quite quickly! Sometimes other gel creams can leave a sticky residue, but this product has a refreshing finish which I really liked. I'm not sure about its soothing effects yet, but there was no irritation, no blemishes appeared, and the ingredients are good, so I felt comfortable using it. However, for my evening skincare routine, it felt a bit dry for me.

I was hoping for skin-soothing effects, but it didn't really calm down cystic acne or minor blemishes.
The good hydration might help with small bumps... but I can't confirm as I don't have any at the moment.

✔️Pilling
I struggled with foundation pilling like dead skin when I applied this before makeup.
It didn't feel particularly sticky after application, but when I put on foundation, it pilled terribly. Don't use this before applying makeup.

✔️Scent
When you first apply it, there's a slight medicinal smell. The scent isn't too strong, so those who aren't sensitive to fragrances might not notice it.
I noticed the scent quite a bit on the first day, but with daily use, it became less noticeable.

✔️Hydration
The hydration is truly excellent! It wraps your skin in moisture, especially during seasonal changes when your skin feels a bit tight. It provides instant hydration.
After using this product, if you apply a very thin layer of moisturizer, you'll wake up to silky smooth skin the next morning.

✔️Texture
The texture is between a gel and a cream. It's neither too thick nor too light. In summer, this alone might be sufficient.
For fall and winter, it's better to use it in combination with a thin layer of moisturizer rather than on its own.

✔️Oil Control
It's low in oil but rich in moisture, so it doesn't feel greasy. There's minimal oil build-up later on. It's a great moisturizer for combination dehydrated skin!
