It's also great that there's a generous amount, so it lasts a long time. Even though I have super sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I didn't experience any itching or tingling after application - it's very gentle. Initially, it absorbs lightly and feels moisturizing, then it sinks into the skin well. I didn't notice this in summer, but using it in winter, it absorbs even better into the skin and doesn't feel sticky, which I really like.
ConsAs someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found the serum to be quite rich, making my face a bit oily. I haven't yet noticed the advertised improvements in damaged skin barrier or reduction in skin temperature. It feels like the nourishment is more superficial rather than penetrating deep into the skin. However, the ingredients are truly gentle! But in summer, the richness might be a bit much, so using just a small amount would be better.
TipIt works better in winter than in summer. I found it most effective when used in a routine of toner, emulsion, then essence.

The fresh, centella-like scent was really enjoyable during application. It absorbs well, and you can feel the hydration immediately after applying.
ConsThe serum has a somewhat high viscosity, and its lasting power could be better. It may vary from person to person, but I noticed my skin feeling slightly dry after about two hours.
TipApplying this serum after your toner or essence seems to enhance its moisturizing effects.

I've never had a bad reaction to changing skincare products, so I just went ahead and used this. It doesn't seem to cause any irritation. Texture: When applied to the back of my hand, it has a moderate viscosity while still being slightly runny. Scent: It doesn't smell artificial; it seems to have a natural scent from the product ingredients. Application: It absorbs quickly, and after absorption, I love the slightly velvety finish! With hyaluronic acid, it provides a noticeable hydration boost. The cica ingredients seem to have helped calm my blemishes a bit.
ConsSince it contains ingredients like cica leaves, it might be a bit bothersome to apply before makeup! Also, for those with dry skin, the moisturizing effect might not be enough during seasonal changes or winter, but it should work well in summer!

My skin is super sensitive, so I always check the ingredients before using any cosmetics. I noticed it contains some components that could potentially irritate sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried before using it. Fortunately, it didn't cause any severe reactions while I was using it. The scent is what you might think of as a subtle, herbal aroma!
ConsIf I had to point out a downside, it would be that I didn't see much effect in terms of skin soothing. It's just average - which could be seen as both a pro and a con. I'm usually very particular about cleanliness when applying skincare products. I wash my hands and let them air dry before application to avoid any contamination. However, perhaps due to the Centella Asiatica extract, it felt like there was something residual on my hands. As someone who dislikes that sensation, it was disappointing. But it's not bad for the skin, so if you're not bothered by this, it should be fine!
TipFor those with very dry skin like mine, try applying 2-3 thin layers. This layering technique should help prevent any feeling of dryness.

Ingredients: Contains cica for a soothing effect Improves skin's moisture barrier Texture: Thick and creamy consistency Minimal stickiness after application Effectiveness: I had a blemish on my chin and focused on applying it there - it significantly subsided in just two days! Feels moisturizing and non-irritating Scent: Cica scent. A non-irritating herbal scent that makes you feel like it's working to calm your skin?
ConsThe lid felt a bit stiff when first opening... But so far, no blemishes or irritation.

It's a bit hard to capture in photos, but it's a pale yellow liquid with black particles, slightly viscous in texture. There's a subtle scent that becomes unnoticeable once applied. When I dropped it on the back of my hand with the dropper, it stayed put while I took a photo, then gradually spread. On the face, it absorbs quickly without feeling the particles at all. While fast-absorbing formulas often lack that moisturized feeling, this product leaves skin feeling hydrated without any residue. For extra moisture in fall and winter, you could easily layer it a few times. I love examining new products and their intended purposes - and in this transitional season when gentle hydration and soothing are needed, this serum seems to deliver on its promises. It's a Dot Solution serum that intensively cares for the skin barrier while being gentle and non-irritating. If it continues to work well, I'd love to try other products from the line for synergistic effects!
ConsI thought that a brighter, more sophisticated packaging and texture might better align with the image of a gentle, hydrating and soothing serum, which could potentially help with marketing.
TipIn the morning, before base makeup, some serums can feel too sticky. But this soothing serum absorbs quickly, and when followed by a moisturizing cream, it creates the perfect canvas for makeup without feeling heavy or causing pilling. It's great for a speedy makeup routine - try it before heading to work!

It's transparent but not completely watery, with a slight viscosity. I was intrigued by the small real centella leaves inside. It feels cool and hydrating right after application. It absorbs quickly, giving a refreshing feeling, so it seems to work well for combination dehydrated skin. What I liked best was the scent - it's the most appealing among all the serums I've tried. The fragrance isn't overpowering and made me feel good when applying it.
ConsRather than saying it's disappointing, it finishes with a fresh feel, so those with dry skin might need to pay more attention to moisturizing. This serum alone won't be enough; you'll probably need to apply an emulsion or cream as well.

ConsI didn't find any significant drawbacks I'm satisfied as it didn't cause any blemishes during use
TipI think it would be beneficial to use other products from the same line together

It's completely non-irritating and has a great application. I was actually pleased to see centella asiatica as an ingredient, as it's a reliable one, and the fragrance was also nice. The generous volume and reasonable price mean I can use it liberally, which is perfect for this dry season.
ConsI'm oily-skinned, so I'm a bit concerned about how it might work for drier skin types.
TipIt's also great to use as a toner replacement right after cleansing!

It was just pleasant enough to use comfortably. The texture was surprisingly not too thin, and rather than being sticky, it felt like a mix between a soothing gel and an ampoule. This made it easy to apply without dripping, which I really appreciated. With the weather turning cold suddenly and my skin going through seasonal changes, I've been experiencing a lot of dead skin cells and a weakened skin barrier. So, I've been layering this ampoule twice during my evening skincare routine. When I wake up, my skin feels much more soothed, and I can see that my skin texture has become softer. It seems like the effects were noticeable even after just one use!
ConsWhile the product itself was effective, the finish felt a bit dry. Using it just once didn't seem to address deep dryness, which was somewhat disappointing.
TipFor those who prefer a more rich finish, try layering it two or three times, or use it as a toner pack by soaking a cotton pad generously and leaving it on your skin for about 5 minutes before continuing with your skincare routine. The soothing effect is top-notch!
