It can flow when in bubble form, but it adheres to the skin after a few gentle rubs. The texture is more similar to an ampoule or essence than a typical toner! This is actually a positive point, as it doesn't evaporate as quickly as regular toners. Despite being a bubble toner, it's not heavy but has a nice, clingy feel to it. : Scent It has a unique scent that's hard to describe precisely, but it's not overpowering. It might be herbal, but I'm not sure.
