Skin type: Combination dehydrated & blemish-prone Reason for purchase: Bought it out of curiosity during a sale! Review after use: It doesn't irritate my skin, and the bubbles are rich and absorb well into the skin. It has a subtle herbal scent. I don't like sticky or greasy textures, but this applies smoothly, making it easy to use. Lately, my skin has been feeling tight after cleansing, so it's great to apply this right away. I've been using it frequently! Recommended for: I think it would suit all skin types well. In my opinion, it's a decent product without any major pros or cons, so I'd like to try other products as well. After applying a generous amount of bubbles to your skin and letting it absorb, it leaves your skin feeling hydrated and helps reduce facial heat, which is great! - ch*******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedNov 12, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It can flow when in bubble form, but it adheres to the skin after a few gentle rubs. The texture is more similar to an ampoule or essence than a typical toner! This is actually a positive point, as it doesn't evaporate as quickly as regular toners. Despite being a bubble toner, it's not heavy but has a nice, clingy feel to it. : Scent It has a unique scent that's hard to describe precisely, but it's not overpowering. It might be herbal, but I'm not sure. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, and it's a scent I've encountered in other products, so I don't think it will be polarizing. : Cooling effect This was what I was most curious about before using it, and the cooling effect is even more noticeable than I expected. I have oily skin and live in a dorm, so with the colder weather, I often sleep with the heater on, which can make my face feel warm. This often leads to red blemishes or pimples, but with this product's cooling effect, I noticed fewer breakouts. As I've been using it longer (I'm posting this review a bit late), I've really noticed the effectiveness in this aspect. : Absorption and hydration The product adheres well like an ampoule and finishes with a fresh feel. The hydration is good for a toner, but you'll likely need additional skincare steps afterward. If you only use this product, your skin might feel quite dry. When I felt my skin was dry, I used about two pumps. : Price The price is very reasonable. Currently, it's 12,800 won on Naver Store, which I think is great value for money. : Overall performance I was curious about how a bubble toner would work, and I think it's a solid product in terms of functionality. Apart from the cooling effect, it doesn't seem to have any extraordinary benefits, but it also doesn't cause redness or breakouts. It worked well enough as a toner. : Amount control It takes some time to get used to dispensing the right amount. At first, it's difficult to gauge how much is appropriate. I had to experiment a few times before getting it right. I found that one pump was just right for me. Be careful not to press multiple times at once, as it can overflow and be inconvenient. Also, since the product is heavier than regular toners, those with oily skin should be extra careful with the amount. When I used too much at first, it felt too greasy and heavy. : Usage speed I'm not sure if it's because it's a bubble toner, but it seems to run out faster than other products when considering the quantity. Of course, given its price, it's still good value, but this is just an observation about how long one bottle lasts. - lh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

What sets it apart from other products is its bubble texture, which allows it to stay on the skin longer, making it excellent for reducing skin heat. Although the weather has cooled down recently, so I haven't needed this benefit as much, I think it would be even better in summer. Perhaps because I use a generous amount each time, it also tends to be less drying. The pump dispenses quite a lot of product, so you need to control the pressure when using it. It feels like you end up using it up too quickly, so I think it might need to be redesigned to dispense less, or maybe the volume should be increased. It's fun to apply it after your evening cleanse, like you're playing with bubbles! - jb***Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 2, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The toner comes out as foam, which initially made me double-check if it was actually a cleansing foam! What I loved is that unlike traditional liquid toners, it doesn't drip. It's fascinating how the foam instantly absorbs into the skin, leaving it hydrated. As a product that emphasizes hyaluronic acid, I was impressed by its intense hydration. The pump dispenser is a hygienic plus. I'm definitely considering repurchasing. If you're in the market for an exfoliating toner, this product might not quite hit the mark. For winter skincare, try using your regular toner with a cotton pad to gently exfoliate, then follow up with this product to lock in hydration. This two-step approach helps maintain moisture levels and keeps your skin feeling great. - tm********Dry SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It was so convenient that it didn't drip when applying to my face. I was worried about how well it would absorb, but it quickly sank into my skin, which I loved. After absorption, it felt like my skin was super charged with hydration, and the moisturizing effect lasted for a long time. I think this would be perfect to use from fall through winter when the skin starts to get dry. For those who usually prefer exfoliating toners, you might miss that final 'clean sweep' feeling since this doesn't have that wiping action at the end. If your skin feels tight after using toner, you might want to give this product a try. Unless you're wearing heavy makeup, a toner that absorbs like this can actually be less irritating to the skin, so it could be a great option to consider. - wl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

This was my first time trying a bubble toner, and I was so curious! The texture feels gentle and soft - I absolutely loved it! No irritation at all, and the sensation of deep hydration was fantastic for me. As someone with sensitive skin, I didn't experience any discomfort. It was so gentle that I can't think of any downsides! - al****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It produces bubbles that are like a less dense cleansing foam. It's great for hydrating without irritation, especially when your skin is prone to blemishes or sensitive after exfoliating dead skin cells. Rather than having special functions, the foaming nature seems to make the skin feel smoother (the foam absorbs and disappears as soon as you rub it in). As someone with extremely oily skin, I found it a bit too rich, but my mom with very dry skin absolutely loved it! She says it's perfect, especially now that her skin has become much drier. For oily skin, it's just an okay product. The typical toner scent might be hit or miss for some people. Personally, I wasn't a fan. - st*****Oily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Here's my honest review after using it consistently for 1-2 weeks! [Skin Type] I have thin, somewhat sensitive skin. Combination dehydrated skin with small blemishes, and I experience severe deep dryness depending on the season. [Product Advantages & Texture] The bubble format doesn't drip and stays in place, making it convenient to use. You can visually confirm the amount to apply, allowing for even distribution across different facial areas - a major advantage of bubble-type products. This makes me reach for it often, and it's great for layering the toner multiple times. As described, the formula melts smoothly with a slightly slippery texture, reducing physical irritation. It contains 500 Dalton low-molecular hyaluronic acid, Cica-active, and TECA to help soothe and improve damaged skin barriers. It fills the skin and finishes with a refreshing cooling effect. Despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling or irritation. I could actually feel my skin temperature dropping immediately. It has a subtle herbal scent, absorbs well, and leaves a slight moisturizing feeling. Since a toner alone might not be enough to combat dryness, I use two layers, applying one pump per layer across my entire face. Thanks to its good absorption and fresh finish, it pairs well with any of the various serums and ampoules I regularly use. This compatibility is another reason why I find myself reaching for this bubble toner more often. I've really come to appreciate the convenience of bubble-type toners, and I think I'll continue to prefer them in the future! I would definitely repurchase. [Product Drawbacks] The only downside I noticed is that it runs out quickly. However, given its affordable price, it's not too burdensome. (It's available at a discounted price of 13,400 won on the official Naver store) In dry seasons, you need to layer it at least twice to somewhat manage deep dryness! - dn*******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Foam Toner - As the name suggests, it's a foam toner. It was my first time trying this type of toner, so I was intrigued from the start. The formula is surprisingly hydrating, making it great for layering. 2. Scent - It's not unscented, but has a subtle citrus fragrance. The scent is so mild that unless you're particularly sensitive to fragrances, you might think it's unscented. 3. Soothing effect - This might be just my experience, but I found it quite soothing. If you dispense the foam and leave it on your face like a mask, then remove it with a pad, you'll notice a significant reduction in redness. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about this product! Overall, it suited my skin type very well. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the amount of foam dispensed with one pump is more than expected and quite runny, so it can drip a bit! - rm********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It caused no irritation and left my skin feeling deeply hydrated. I loved that the formula wasn't a typical watery toner, but rather a foam texture, which made it gentler on my skin. What impressed me most was how quickly it absorbed without leaving any residue. Unlike other toners that can leave my skin feeling parched, this one kept my complexion moisturized. I'm completely satisfied! I honestly can't think of any downsides! It's been a while since I've found a toner that I'm this happy with. I have combination dehydrated skin with some texture issues, though not blemishes per se. I like to layer my toners, and I've found that using this bubble toner as the final step in my toner layering routine works wonders! It's great for achieving that Inner Glow.
