It can flow when in bubble form, but it adheres to the skin after a few gentle rubs. The texture is more similar to an ampoule or essence than a typical toner! This is actually a positive point, as it doesn't evaporate as quickly as regular toners. Despite being a bubble toner, it's not heavy but has a nice, clingy feel to it. : Scent It has a unique scent that's hard to describe precisely, but it's not overpowering. It might be herbal, but I'm not sure. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, and it's a scent I've encountered in other products, so I don't think it will be polarizing. : Cooling effect This was what I was most curious about before using it, and the cooling effect is even more noticeable than I expected. I have oily skin and live in a dorm, so with the colder weather, I often sleep with the heater on, which can make my face feel warm. This often leads to red blemishes or pimples, but with this product's cooling effect, I noticed fewer breakouts. Currently, it's 12,800 won on Naver Store, which I think is great value for money. : Overall performance I was curious about how a bubble toner would work, and I think it's a solid product in terms of functionality. Apart from the cooling effect, it doesn't seem to have any extraordinary benefits, but it also doesn't cause redness or breakouts. It worked well enough as a toner. : Amount control It takes some time to get used to dispensing the right amount. At first, it's difficult to gauge how much is appropriate. It feels like you end up using it up too quickly, so I think it might need to be redesigned to dispense less, or maybe the volume should be increased. It produces bubbles that are like a less dense cleansing foam. Rather than having special functions, the foaming nature seems to make the skin feel smoother (the foam absorbs and disappears as soon as you rub it in). Combination dehydrated skin with small blemishes, and I experience severe deep dryness depending on the season. [Product Advantages & Texture] The bubble format doesn't drip and stays in place, making it convenient to use. You can visually confirm the amount to apply, allowing for even distribution across different facial areas - a major advantage of bubble-type products. This makes me reach for it often, and it's great for layering the toner multiple times. As described, the formula melts smoothly with a slightly slippery texture, reducing physical irritation. It contains 500 Dalton low-molecular hyaluronic acid, Cica-active, and TECA to help soothe and improve damaged skin barriers. It fills the skin and finishes with a refreshing cooling effect. Despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling or irritation. I could actually feel my skin temperature dropping immediately. It has a subtle herbal scent, absorbs well, and leaves a slight moisturizing feeling. Since a toner alone might not be enough to combat dryness, I use two layers, applying one pump per layer across my entire face. Thanks to its good absorption and fresh finish, it pairs well with any of the various serums and ampoules I regularly use.
