Despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling or irritation. I could actually feel my skin temperature dropping immediately. It has a subtle herbal scent, absorbs well, and leaves a slight moisturizing feeling.

Since a toner alone might not be enough to combat dryness, I use two layers, applying one pump per layer across my entire face.
