One pump feels like you should be cleansing rather than applying toner. The foam comes out firm and rich. The scent is mild and it feels very gentle overall. Hydration ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the product's best feature in my opinion. It's incredibly moisturizing - perfect for dry skin types and even suitable for those with oily skin (unless it's extremely oily). I used it before makeup and it played well with my base products. The emulsion and cream I applied afterwards layered nicely too. Highly recommended as a hydrating mask! Lasting power ⭐️⭐️⭐️ For a toner, the lasting power isn't bad! It was just right for my combination skin. To test it, I applied it twice before bed one night and woke up without any feeling of tightness. Ingredients ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It didn't cause any irritation or blemishes on my super sensitive skin. I usually stick to gentle products due to my skin issues, but even then I often experience breakouts. However, I was able to use this toner comfortably without any problems.
ConsIt takes a very long time to absorb, which might be difficult to use on busy mornings. It feels sticky until it's fully absorbed, so I just leave it on my skin to absorb naturally. It's a bit disappointing as a toner. The cooling effect isn't particularly impressive. There's a slight cooling sensation, but if you're looking for a strong cooling effect, you might want to try a different product.
TipSince it's inconvenient to use as a toner, I pump it directly onto my face before bed and let it absorb naturally! It works much better when used like a foam mask.

When I apply it, my skin becomes as soft as a baby's - the texture is just so pleasant. I could feel the immediate moisturizing effect. Sensitivity: To be honest, I was quite worried since it contains a lot of natural oils, and I have sensitive skin. However, so far, I haven't experienced any increased sensitivity or breakouts. I can't make a definitive judgment on this yet, so I'll keep using it for over a month! Application: The application experience is great too. Coming from using regular water-based toners, this feels like applying a cloud to your skin. The foam melts into the skin, absorbing quickly. It's like a hydration bomb! Texture: It's a water-type formula that comes out as foam! - In my opinion, it's pleasantly mild, though I'm a bit concerned about the high content of natural oils. - Lastly, I think I received this product later than other Hwahae Testers items. So I'm a bit disappointed I couldn't use it more extensively, but I'll keep using it consistently and come back with more feedback.
ConsWhile the hydration was good, I couldn't really feel the cooling effect. Also, given the high content of natural oils in the ingredients, I'm unsure if it's suitable for long-term use on sensitive skin. Of course, it was fine and good for my skin, but I think it might be better if they reduced the amount of natural oils a bit.

I've never tried a bubble toner before, so I'm using it with great interest. When you smell it after pumping, there's a scent, but it seems to be the unique smell of the product ingredients. It almost disappears after absorption, and anyone can tell it's not really a fragrance (some people perceive it as lemon scent, but it's completely different. You might find it similar, but it's not lemon). Despite being a toner, it provides not just hydration but also moisturization. After absorption, it leaves a moisturized feeling without any residue on the skin's surface.
ConsI don't feel any cooling effect (I think it might just be due to the hydration. It feels exactly like a regular toner). It has a unique scent that's neither here nor there. When you rub it in, it absorbs into the skin with a white cast along with the moisturizing feeling. If a toner absorbs like this, I might not reach for it often. It takes quite a while to fully absorb.

I got lucky with The Hwahae Testers and tried this bubble toner for the first time...! Unlike liquid toners, there's no wastage as it absorbs completely into the skin without any runoff. When you place the bubbles on your skin, it feels a bit slippery at first, but as it melts to match your skin temperature, it transforms into a super hydrating toner (it doesn't drip!). Since you need to wait for the foam to disappear for full absorption, it takes a bit more time, but it forces you to be diligent(?), resulting in incredibly moisturized skin that's perfect for makeup application. I found it especially convenient for toner layering compared to liquid toners! It was amazingly satisfying to see it all absorb without any product being wasted. At first, I struggled with dispensing the right amount, but I figured out that roughly one toggle equals one layer! It's convenient as you can apply it directly to your skin, no cotton pads needed. Plus, it's fragrance-free and non-irritating, making it a great product for worry-free use.
ConsWhile the product description emphasizes a cooling effect, personally, I didn't really notice much of a cooling sensation.
