The Hwahae keyboard is the first time since the customer ordered the cheese or something! The cheese palette was the first Hwahae I bought, and while I'm holding onto it because the colors are so cute, the slightly gritty and powdery texture means the pearl colors just kind of fly off, so I actually don't reach for it much.;; I had written off the Hwahae as being low quality, but then I suddenly got really into the Choco Chip S'more and believed the reviews saying the quality had improved, so I decided to give it a try. I haven't tried applying it with a brush yet, but just swatching it on my fingers, the quality has really improved! The buttery, soft texture and the swatches look better than the old one! Just looking at the colors, they're a bit more muted and subdued than I expected. They'll look cool on typical warm-toned people and warm on cool-toned people haha. As long as you're not an extreme warm or cool, you should be able to use them across the board without worrying too much about the tone.

I haven't tried using a brush yet, so I'm not sure about the powder fallout, but the texture is so soft that it seems unavoidable. And from the reviews, it seems the third color from the top row is particularly prone to breaking. Using it while traveling would be too risky, so it wouldn't work well for travel purposes.

The colors are even more beautiful and lovely in real life. 🤎 There are no wasted colors, and the bright base colors are ready to serve as a canvas for the rich shadow colors. 🤎 The shadow colors are all uniquely selected and not at all boring. Another important aspect is that even though the colors are well-selected, if the pigmentation is just so-so, it would still be a disappointment.
