I've finally found my summer holy grail with this EasyDew Melasma Cushion!

First, let me share my skin type: combination, dehydrated, and sensitive.
As someone who always breaks out for the first week when trying new products, I'd say I'm quite sensitive!
I usually keep at least two or three different types of skincare on my vanity and alternate between them depending on my skin's condition.
But when it came to cushions, I just couldn't switch...
Even when I tried, I always went back to Age 0000... 😢
After crying out for something new, I've finally found it!!

✅ My preferred cushion type: Absolutely must be hydrating! I prefer a natural fade over long-lasting coverage.
No accentuating dead skin cells (I hate when it looks cakey)
No gray undertones 🙅‍♀️ I want a natural color that suits Asian skin tones.
I've noticed that super long-lasting formulas often lead to dryness.

✅ What I love about the EasyDew Melasma Cushion:
- Not drying (doesn't emphasize flakes)
- No pilling
- Shade 21 doesn't look ashy, it's a perfect match for Asian skin tones, giving a natural, bright look.

- Good staying power! No noticeable fading until 4 PM after applying in the morning.

I have combination skin with slight oiliness on my forehead, very oily nose, and prone to dead skin cell buildup. Within 2-3 hours of application, there was some patchiness on my cheeks and visible flaking on my nose. No darkening though. It has a natural finish with a subtle glow - I'd recommend it for oily skin types who want a skin-like appearance.

Even though many 23 shades these days tend to run light, this one feels like a true 23 - the perfect standard shade. No need to size up or down, just buy your usual and you're good to go.

I was looking for a cushion foundation with good coverage to conceal my blemishes. I thought a darker shade might cover better, so I went for #23. However, it turned out darker than my usual #23, and I wish there was a #22 in between. In hindsight, I might have been even happier with #21 as it could have brightened my complexion. You know, the company that makes this cushion is famous for their freckle-fighting ampoule. They've apparently included that in this cushion, making it more hydrating than others. To achieve the desired coverage, you can build it up by applying multiple layers to the same area. I've noticed other users pairing this with whitening, freckle-reducing, or anti-wrinkle products for a synergistic effect. Still, I love how unique the green cushion looks, and I keep it tucked away in my makeup pouch.
