Anyway, I recommend this! Instead of heavy, suffocating products, it's light and hydrating with added benefits. Even though it's a foreign brand, the scent isn't overwhelming. Plus, it's ranked #1 for anti-aging where it's from, so I'm definitely giving it a try!

Having used fragrance-free basic products for a long time, I found the artificial scent of the Avène cream quite strong. It's not an unpleasant smell, more like the typical scent you'd find in cosmetics.

Moisturizing with just a small amount
The container seemed small compared to the bottle, so I thought I'd use it up quickly... But a little goes a long way, and it absorbs well enough to cover my entire face! The hydration lasts for a long time, so I've been using it as a substitute for my night cream.

While it spreads easily at first, it pills terribly. It keeps flaking off like dead skin cells. Also, even though I have combination dehydrated skin, it leaves my skin feeling extremely dry deep down.

The only positive thing I can say is that it has a nice scent... There's really nothing else good about it for me. It just doesn't suit my skin at all.

While it's excellent for evening use, be careful when applying it in the morning as it may cause pilling under makeup!
