Since it's so cheap, the moisturizing effect isn't amazing. I naturally have dry lips, and when I use Uriage lip balm, almost all my dead skin cells disappear and my lips become really hydrated. This one isn't quite at that level. It's shiny, but it feels like it doesn't fully absorb into the lip skin and instead sits on top like oil. Still, it's okay if you apply it frequently.

Great value for money! I bought one because it was affordable, and it's quite hydrating. The amount you get seems generous too.
