Etude House is an Amore Pacific affiliate, and it seemed like a brand that always exceeded the price-performance ratio, so I bought it without hesitation.

Sun base products are often only +++, but this one is ++++ so the blocking power doesn't seem poor, which is good.

It's described as a sun base with a pearly finish, but
rather than an obvious pearl finish, it's closer to the texture of a moisturizing lotion with a lot of glow.
To put it positively, it has a radiant finish, but in a way, it can look a bit greasy. 
The tone-up effect is not a drastic whitening, but more of a slight half-tone brightening.
At first, I was disappointed that the tone-up was weaker than expected,
but using it, I found that this is actually an advantage.
As a sun cream substitute, if it whitened dramatically with just a little application, I probably wouldn't be able to apply the proper amount.

Ah, and it's not drying, so it's good for winter.
In my case, even in this season of January, I have to use powder on top.
If I just leave it as is without layering a matte cushion foundation on top, it looks a bit too dewy.

After taking an appropriate amount on the back of your hand, spread it thinly across your entire face and finish with a puff to remove any brush marks. You can also gently pat it with the flat side of the puff to eliminate any brush lines.
I used it without any issues with dryness or breakouts.
