The powder form is great for those days when blemishes are flaring up! I loved using a cotton swab dipped in toner to apply the powder directly to problem areas. I have combination skin and struggled with blemishes and texture, especially around my nose. But after using this tea tree powder along with the included serum, I saw amazing results in just 3-7 days! My skin texture improved and blemishes significantly reduced. However, the serum has a very rich, jelly-like consistency. If you have very oily skin, you might prefer mixing the powder into a lightweight moisturizer instead. When applying the included serum, my hair kept sticking to my face... If you don't like sticky skin, I wouldn't recommend using the serum. For a less sticky application, try mixing the powder with your favorite ampoule instead of using the included serum. I have been using it since I first bought it. Whenever I have my period or feel unwell, I get severe inflammatory acne on my cheeks and forehead, causing a lot of pain and heat, so I bought this product on a whim. It's a powder, but when applied to the face, it absorbs like an ointment, and it has a slightly refreshing ointment-like scent. After applying it consistently for about 3 days at night, the acne swelling subsides and calms down, which was very satisfying. It doesn't feel greasy at all and leaves a clean, powdery finish, like applying blotting paper powder. While the product itself is quite satisfactory, the powdery texture and the shape of the container make it a bit inconvenient to use. Sometimes it comes out with a burst, and if you just gently blow on the fingers that have touched it, it flies away and disappears. However, there's nothing that can be done about that. My skin had been feeling dry lately, so I started mixing this with my madecassoside cream. After just a week, my skin feels so much softer! While it's marketed for brightening, I've noticed more of a regenerative effect. The only downside is that the small size means it runs out quickly. I wish they'd come out with a larger version. It's best to mix this with a cream, as using it alone can result in excess powder.
