My hair is slightly wavy, and in summer when it gets sweaty, it tends to frizz up and become curlier. But since I've been washing my hair daily and using this product, it's improved a lot. I use it almost every day, but it causes blemishes on my scalp. When I stop using it, the blemishes clear up. I repurchased this product because I had such fond memories of how great the pre-renewal version was. After the renewal, I noticed subtle changes in the fragrance and felt the treatment's effectiveness had diminished. I remember it originally having a grape-like scent, but now it's shifted to a more refreshing(?) aroma. This product was famous for its "wet seaweed" effect, but sadly, the renewed version doesn't quite deliver the same feeling. After use, I found my hair wasn't getting the nourishment it used to. I have a budget-friendly Pantene product at home, and surprisingly, it feels more moisturizing now... I was shocked to find so many disappointing changes in every aspect. Personally, I even preferred the old packaging. It makes me wonder if this renewal was really necessary. Typically, leaving a hair treatment on for a while, like a hair mask, allows for better absorption and results. I recently repurchased this product after a long time, and I'm absolutely in love with it. The application feels great, and I love how it makes my hair feel so soft. It's not difficult to apply either. While the scent is just okay, I think next time I'll go for the floral version. The fragrance might be a bit divisive. I used it without issues, but it has a slightly herbal scent, so you might want to choose based on your scent preference. That said, if we put the fragrance aside, everything else about this product is top-notch. It's great to see that this product works hard to improve hair texture. For those with super sensitive skin or prone to allergic reactions, it's always a good idea to patch test first. I used to buy this product in bulk before the renewal because it worked so well for me. But I'm so shocked after trying the new version that I had to come write a review. It makes my hair feel incredibly stiff and matted. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's like I've coated my hair with starchy water. At first, I didn't realize it was the product and thought something was wrong with my scalp. I walked around with weird hair for a week until I stopped using this, and then my hair went back to normal. A decent experience overall. It's affordable and helps with dryness to some extent. The scent is incredibly polarizing... I should have bought the signature fragrance, but I made a mistake and now I'm suffering the consequences.

Even after using it just once, I could clearly feel the effect. My hair is very frizzy and split-ended from frequent dyeing and heat styling, and it's also curly, so it gets very tangled. After using this product, my hair felt much softer the next day. I've tried entry-level products like beer yeast before, but they didn't have any effect and just made me feel like an extra step when washing my hair, which was really unpleasant. But with this product, the moment I apply it, my hair becomes so smooth that I don't even need to brush it - it just glides through. I wash my hair every other day, and the next day, my hair is soft and less tangled. The scent is a bit strong when applying, but it's like a salon treatment fragrance, so it puts me in a good mood. If I use it consistently, I think the tangles will decrease, my hair will become more glossy, and styling will be much easier. I now look forward to washing my hair! For severely damaged hair, dramatic changes may not happen overnight, but for hair like mine that is moderately damaged, this product alone can provide quite satisfactory results. I will definitely repurchase it! If I had to find a shortcoming, I think it would be nice if the price was just a little, slightly more affordable. Applying it to my hair and lathering it up while rinsing it off together is my own little tip.

The Hwahae Testers really like the improved closure. It feels smooth and silky! There's a clear difference between using it and not using it. The black version before the renewal was just so-so, but the pink version is amazing!!
