I love using this as a mask on my nose area occasionally, while using it as a cleanser for the rest of my face. The best part is that there's no dryness after washing, which is fantastic. As soon as I got in, I applied it as a mask while cleaning the bathroom floor. When I started to lather it up, I noticed my skin felt unusually smooth, so I kept rinsing. That's when I realized this was the hydration everyone talks about! The time-saving aspect of combining mask and cleansing, the thorough pore cleansing, and the noticeable improvement in skin texture after just one use are all fantastic. If you have combination skin like me and usually only apply sunscreen, this is an absolute must-try! There weren't any real downsides, but it would have been nice if it came with a spatula for easier application as a mask. When using as a mask, don't rinse off immediately with water. I loved that it's a pack-to-foam product, so there's no hassle of applying a separate pore pack after cleansing and then rinsing it off! After using the pack-to-foam, my skin texture became incredibly smooth and soft. However, when I came out after washing, I felt like all the moisture had been stripped away, leaving my skin feeling deeply dehydrated! I guess it must have cleansed away all the oils too (since it's a pore pack, after all). The best advantage is definitely the affordable price. It also lathers up pretty well. Leaving a mask on for 2-3 minutes is practically impossible in reality because it's such a hassle. Plus, it doesn't seem to have that much of an effect anyway.

I'm quite pleased with how hydrating it is. The ingredients list is free of any concerning components, so I use it with peace of mind. The texture is quite thick, so you need to apply a bit of pressure when squeezing it out. Apart from the thick consistency making it a bit challenging to squeeze out, I can't think of any other downsides.

The best part is that it can be used as a daily mask routine. It's reassuring to know it contains the famous Boryeong mud, known for its effectiveness in managing pores and oil control. Plus, you can apply it as a mask without it drying out, allowing for economical use. The texture is thicker than regular foam cleansers, but it's still soft and lathers well. (Some say it's hard to squeeze out, but I found it comes out easily if you squeeze from the top?) As a low pH foam cleanser, it's gentle on the skin. After rinsing, my skin feels incredibly soft and hydrated. While that squeaky-clean feeling can be nice, it often leads to dryness, so the low pH is much better. I don't wear heavy makeup, so I'm not sure how well it removes everything, but it easily took off my primer, sunscreen, brightening moisturizer, eyeliner, and light eyeshadow without needing oil. However, as I usually use cleansing oil, I still do a double cleanse. I'm not sure about any downsides yet. I'm satisfied with it. The only thing might be that it seems to run out faster than other foam cleansers? 1-minute mask tip: I apply a small amount (about the size of my pinky nail) just to my forehead, T-zone, and chin. There's no need to cover your entire face. Foam mask: Create foam in a separate container, apply it as a mask, and when it starts to drip, gently roll it. Leave it on for a bit longer before rinsing. Your skin will feel even softer. Mask-to-foam method: Apply a thin layer of this product, then layer your wash-off mask on top. It makes rinsing much easier. When mixed with water, it creates a soft, gentle lather. *Cleansing effectiveness For those who wear makeup, it's best used as a second cleanser rather than a primary makeup remover. *Scent The fragrance is mild and not overpowering. *After use If you don't quickly follow up with skincare, your skin may feel tight. This could be due to my dry skin type. In the morning when I'm low on energy, having to squeeze the tube hard to get the product out... The packaging arrived in pristine condition. While the formula lathers well, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling, but instead leaves your skin feeling soft. After cleansing, I noticed the blackheads on my nose had visibly faded! It's also recommended as a mask before cleansing, so I tried that too - it didn't cause any deep dryness and felt great! I'll definitely keep using this product! The texture is quite thick, which makes it a bit tricky to apply. Nevertheless, I think I'll still get good use out of it!
