It provided just the right amount of hydration and absorbed well into my skin. If you're sensitive to scents, you might find it a bit strong. However, I'm personally satisfied with the floral fragrance! I'm using this along with the spot essence from the same line. - db********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 1, 2025
Bursting with hydration, it's perfect for summer use. The lightweight texture is a dream! For someone with dry skin like me, I think I'll need to use this solely as a hydrating step before applying a moisturizer. It's so light that it leaves my skin feeling parched. Even if you layer on multiple applications, it absorbs well thanks to its excellent texture, sinking into the skin in no time. - so*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedMay 19, 2025
The opening was good, but there was a slightly dull feeling, which was disappointing. The product does not have particularly noticeable shortcomings. - ki*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedMay 16, 2025
I'm quite satisfied. The whitening effect is still a bit ambiguous, but the formulation, spreadability, absorption time, and ingredients are all very satisfactory, so I'm considering repurchasing. The Madeca Green Cream has extracted all the benefits of the Madeca Cream and incorporated them into the Pink Cream, and it feels like they've added even better ingredients. They say it helps with pigmentation, and I can really feel it... The area around my mouth looks a bit dull, but it's made about 10% more even. There's also Centella and Panthenol, so it calms very well. It's a gel-type cream, so it feels refreshing and good. I really like it. My skin seems to work well with niacinamide, and this cream suits me too. I didn't have any major issues, but the fragrance seems to be quite polarizing... It's not subtle, but somewhere in the medium-strong range, so it's not overpowering, but if you're sensitive to scents, you might need to apply it sparingly or hold your nose. However, it doesn't seem too bad... - sh*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedMay 9, 2025
I've gone through countless jars of this holy grail product! (I've honestly emptied at least 15 jars, no joke. I'm quite generous with my skincare application, especially for base products.) I bought this immediately after watching Obreau's video when it was first released. The blemishes on my right cheek have significantly faded (that's the main reason I'm writing this review). Those spots... they didn't even disappear with dermatological treatments, but this cream made them so much lighter! They're not completely gone, but still! Compared to the essence in the same line, the essence feels slightly more concentrated, but honestly, as someone who's used both extensively, I don't notice much difference. I mainly use the essence as a portable option, while I rely on this cream for everyday use. This cream is absolutely fantastic and should never be discontinued (that's another reason I'm writing this review). It's a top-tier, budget-friendly cream that I highly recommend! There's not really anything bad to say, but those with extremely dry skin might find it a bit lacking if used alone. When my skin is super dry, I layer this cream with another deeply moisturizing one. I'd recommend adding Avène Cicalfate or Dr.G Snail Cream on top for extra hydration. This cream pairs amazingly well with Daiso V-shaped sheet masks. Other creams tend to make the mask slip and not adhere properly, but this one allows for a snug fit. I use this combination every night before bed. - yo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 17, 2025
It absorbs nicely, leaving the skin feeling moisturized and gentle. It's not irritating or sticky at all. You could say it has a rather light consistency. While I haven't noticed any significant changes yet, it hasn't caused any blemishes either. I'm going to keep using it since it feels so lightweight on the skin. - gm*******Dry SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2025
Even on days when my skin was super sensitive, I felt safe using this product. It's perfect for consistent skincare without breaking the bank. I think it's well-suited for those focusing on refining skin texture and soothing rather than instant brightening. If you're looking for a gentle, practical cream for daily care, this is definitely worth trying. • Effective for soothing skin Containing Centella Asiatica extract and TECA, it worked gently on irritated skin. When applied after cleansing, it absorbed quickly and gave a calming sensation to sensitive skin. It helped reduce redness and gave an overall feeling of improved skin texture. • Loved the light texture and clean feel Instead of feeling heavy or thick, it spread smoothly like a hydrating moisturizer and absorbed quickly. It finished cleanly without pilling even when applied before makeup in the morning, making it great for daily use. • Excellent value for money I could buy it for just $5 at Daiso. Considering the price, the ingredients were decent and the quantity was just right, allowing for guilt-free use. Given that skincare products need to be used consistently, this reasonable price point was very satisfying. • Brightening effect wasn't particularly noticeable Due to the 'Toning' in its name, I expected improvement in blemishes or a tone-up effect, but there were no visible changes in the short term. It seemed like long-term use would be necessary to see results. If you want instant radiance, it might be best to use this alongside other products. • Hydration could be better for dry skin Because of its light texture, when used alone, my skin felt a bit tight as time passed. Especially on dry or sensitive days, it was necessary to layer a hydrating moisturizer on top. • Used it layered with a hydrating moisturizer Applying a hydrating moisturizer over this cream helped maintain hydration longer and noticeably reduced deep dryness. • Stored it in the refrigerator Keeping the product in the fridge and using it in the morning gave a cool, soothing sensation, which was particularly satisfying on days when my skin felt hot. • Used it as a primer before makeup Its light, powdery finish made it perfect for smoothing skin texture before makeup. It prevented foundation from looking cakey, making it ideal to use before applying base makeup. - so**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsMar 11, 2025
The only positive thing was the clean finish. Everything else was disappointing. The application was just okay. The clean finish actually made my skin feel dry. But most importantly, it was way too irritating on my skin. - sa*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 10, 2025
I tried this after falling in love with Daiso's Madeca21 green soothing cream as my holy grail. While not as rich as the soothing cream, this has a lighter texture that's perfect for spring and summer. It's a nice, easy-to-use gel cream. The scent is absolutely terrible. It smells like acetone and is overwhelmingly strong and unpleasant. The fragrance is so off-putting that I don't even want to use what's left. If you're not sensitive to fragrances, I'd recommend this as a moisturizer for oily or combination dehydrated skin. It works well under makeup without causing pilling. - hy*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
I've been using this along with the serum from the same line, and I feel it suits me better than the previous green version. This pink line was supposed to help with pigmentation, but after using it for 2 months, I didn't notice any improvement in that area.
