The collaboration between two major companies, Dongkuk Pharmaceutical and Cosmax, instantly boosts my confidence. And to think it's a budget-friendly cream that's undergone skin irritation and sensitivity tests at this price point! I have a skin type that's prone to scarring and blemishes. When I squeeze a pimple, it often turns into a dark spot or leaves a red mark easily. I bought this thinking, "Well, I can't do much about existing marks, but I can at least try to prevent new ones from forming." However, even though I applied it without high expectations, it still fell short of what little hope I had. I couldn't feel any of the product's supposed effectiveness in reducing blemishes that you might expect when buying this... For those who say it helped, maybe it slightly sped up the natural healing process by a day or two for people whose skin recovers quickly..? Well, it doesn't seem to have much going for it... First off, for scars that have already formed, you'd probably need to visit a dermatologist to remove them. I bought this to try and manage new acne wounds to prevent them from turning into scars. It didn't help... at all... The marks didn't fade at all... After about a month, they naturally healed a bit and became slightly less noticeable, but I seriously question whether this product had anything to do with that... The fragrance is also quite strong and unpleasant, like you've applied hand cream to your face. And... everyone says they applied it generously to the affected areas, which I did too, but... as it turns into a transparent gel and sets, if you apply it thickly, it becomes slightly itchy... (not like an allergic reaction, but that itchy feeling when something's stuck to your skin...) So if you scratch it absent-mindedly, it rolls off like dead skin cells. It didn't cause any blemishes when applied, didn't make scars worse, had no side effects, and it's cheap... Got those nasty pus-filled blemishes? You know, the yellow ones or those angry red bumps? Dab this on and watch the magic happen! It makes those suckers burst in no time! Absolutely fantastic! It's hard to find fault with this product! If I had to nitpick, I'd say it does have a bit of a scent. Smells kind of like roses, I think. This product seems to be highly effective for treating inflammatory acne, particularly pustules and papules. The user is very enthusiastic about its ability to bring pimples to a head quickly. I apply this serum as the final step after using all my other serums, and it absorbs beautifully with a silky smooth texture! It seems to absorb well and apply smoothly. I haven't experienced any blemishes either. The scent is subtle, which I personally find satisfying. While it works fine for me, those with dry skin might feel a bit of dryness if they use this product alone. I've been using this along with a toning cream. Even when using both products together, there's no stickiness or pilling.

But wow, it's really great! I've only used it twice, but the reddish-purple look has noticeably faded (I used to be skeptical when reading reviews like this, thinking "How can it improve after just a few applications?" but it's true, I swear!) It has a gel-like consistency similar to snail cream, with a bit of stickiness. It seems effective for both early-stage blemishes and post-breakout marks. My chin suddenly broke out, but this product calmed it down in just 2 weeks... This is the real deal! I have combination dehydrated skin, by the way! There's honestly nothing bad to say. I'm completely satisfied... The packaging, scent, and feel when applied are all perfect. Though I do occasionally feel a slight tingling sensation. It was moisturizing enough for daily use. I think I'll need to try at least two bottles to really see the effects. The texture is also good, and it turns into a transparent color when it dries, making it great to apply in the morning. And the amount is more than I had expected. Certainly, it seemed to have a lower functionality compared to pharmaceutical products. (I'm referring to using Madecasol, where pharmaceutical products are what I'm talking about) Freshly squeezed pimples will quickly calm down if you apply skincare products at the end. - da************Oily SkinAcne SkinMay 11, 2025
The way it absorbs feels nice, haha! To be honest, that's all I can really say about it. It didn't have any effect on my blemish marks, unfortunately. It's not doing its job...
