This lip balm can be found at a bargain in various ways. When applied to the lips, it didn't cause any issues. Although it's said to contain fragrance, I found it to be almost scentless. It's not sticky and feels rather refreshing. The product's performance doesn't live up to its fame. Among the lip balms I've tried, this one has the shortest hydration longevity - I feel it disappears after about 30 minutes. It leaves a shiny finish right after application, so I wouldn't recommend it for going out. The texture is slightly thick, but it applies thinly on the lips. It's tricky to control the amount from the tube. As you apply, the balm tends to gather at the tip of the tube, making the screw part prone to getting messy. The amount control was so awkward that I ended up cutting it open as shown in the picture and used it separately.
