The biggest advantage is how incredibly well it controls oil! Usually by afternoon, my nose gets oily and makeup around it starts to break down, but with this, it lasts much longer. I've tried all sorts of primers, BHA toners, niacinamide, and whatnot, but I've never seen anything control oil as well as this product. It also does a decent job of concealing pores and uneven texture. While I don't expect pore-covering products to have a dramatic Photoshop-like effect, this one exceeds expectations. Clarins used to have a similar primer, but due to differences in formulation, you needed to apply more of it. With this one, a tiny amount is sufficient. Plus, the Clarins one didn't control oil nearly as well as this does. While it's a bit pricey, the amount you get is enormous. Since I only apply it to specific areas, I honestly think it'll last me a lifetime.
