The creamy texture feels so soft and smooth. The color is quite muted, making it perfect as a base or for creating an overlip effect. I bought it at Olive Young and received a free lip liner as a gratis gift. It's a new brand to me, so I was curious to try it. I'm even more intrigued now that I see they have such a diverse and unique range of colors. I bought this hoping for a muted tone since most of my lipsticks are bright and dark. However, I was taken aback by how grayish it is, making my lips look even duller than their natural color. I think I'll end up using it more as a cheek tint. - gk**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 8, 2024
The product page described it as a burnt rosy red, but the actual color is a medium-chroma pink-rose beige without any red tones. It's slightly pinker than shown, making it a great base color that resembles natural lip color for a subdued look. The texture is a velvety formula with a slight oiliness, applying smoothly and thinly. There's a subtle powdery, blurry feel to it. It starts off as a moist, oily velvet when applied, then sets to a thin, blurry velvet finish. It's similar to Odd Type's Unseen Blur Tint and Colorgram's Nudy Blur Tint, but with added oiliness. Initially, it feels lightweight and not clingy, but after setting, it has minimal transfer and decent longevity. Note that while it lasts, it doesn't stain the lips. The scent is said to be peony, and it does smell like real flowers rather than artificial ones. The fragrance is noticeable but not overwhelming - you'll catch gentle whiffs occasionally without it lingering in your mouth. As someone who dislikes artificial floral scents, I find this one pleasant. Personally, I don't find the applicator particularly user-friendly. The product page claims it's designed for easy application, but I don't see much difference from a standard doe-foot applicator. While I don't dislike the scent, it's a floral fragrance that could be polarizing. If you're particular about floral scents, I strongly recommend testing it in-store before purchasing. Lastly, the color payoff is more sheer and transparent than expected. The formula doesn't build up easily, so even layering doesn't achieve a very deep color. This tint is designed for a thin, blurry look, making it difficult to apply thickly. As a result, the color appears somewhat transparent, and you might feel slight dryness after some time due to the thin application.
