In my opinion, if you use this product for cleansing, a secondary cleansing is also acceptable.

This is a reusable product, and when I turned it open, there was a distinct click, but since it is pressed flat, I expected it to feel like a typical shampoo, where the pump would pop up, but it didn't come out. I kept turning it, wondering if it was broken.

First, I have used cleansing oil before, but I haven't tried the oil cleansing method that's popular these days. So this is my first time doing oil cleansing.

1. Sebum, coming out!
It was quite a fascinating experience. The first time or two I used it, I didn't know the proper technique, so only a couple of sebum plugs came out. But then I looked up the proper usage on YouTube and blogs.
The third time I used it properly, I was amazed as I rolled it on my skin and more and more sebum kept coming out! I collected and squeezed it, but I failed to neatly gather it all up. 

2. Cleansing power
Even when I'm wearing makeup, it removes it just as well as my regular cleansing water. I even tested it by thoroughly cleansing the delicate eye area and wearing contact lenses, but there was no stinging or irritation.

3. Fragrance
The citrus scent of this product is a real kick for me.
When I have a cold, I drink yuzu or citrus tea all day long, so I really enjoy this yuzu fragrance. And even when I just pump some onto my hands at my vanity and then go to the bathroom to wash it off, the lingering yuzu scent that I catch when I turn around to go back to my computer puts me in a good mood.

The pumping is too stiff, so it doesn't press down well, but other than that, there really isn't anything disappointing..haha

I used it with full makeup on, and first of all, the citrus scent was quite strong (but it was a real yuzu tea scent, so I didn't feel any aversion to it and it was refreshing and nice).

I've tried many cleansing oils and balms, but waterproof mascara just wouldn't come off no matter how much I rubbed. But this product removes eye makeup completely!

I have sensitive skin, so using oils can sometimes make my face feel tight and my eyes sting, but this product is so gentle that I didn't experience any of that. In fact, after cleansing, my skin felt supple and moisturized, not tight at all. I'm really satisfied!

Other cleansing oils just removed my makeup with the oil alone without water, but this product turns into a milky emulsion when mixed with water, which I found really effective.

I'm so happy with this product that I'll definitely repurchase it when I run out! It's gentle yet effective, has a great scent, and I love everything about it!

- For double cleansing, use a non-irritating foam cleanser: After using a cleansing oil, finish with a gentle foam cleanser to leave your skin feeling refreshed and free of excess oil.

So far, the cleansing oil I've used the most has a scent I really like, but the strong citrus fragrance may be divisive for some people!!

I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and am leaving a usage review.
My skin is sensitive with redness. 
The facial photos are in the order of before cleansing -> after applying oil -> after applying emulsion -> after cleansing. You can see the sebum on my nose has melted and disappeared!

The things I liked were:

- Refreshing citron scent: The subtle citron scent that spread while cleansing lifted my mood. As I like citrus fragrances, the natural scent was better than an artificial one.

- Non-irritating finish: My combination skin with redness is sensitive, but after cleansing, there was no tightness or redness, and my skin was left moisturized and comfortable to use without irritation.

- Excellent emulsifying power: Makeup also dissolved well, and when mixed with water, it emulsified smoothly, finishing fresh without any residue.

The waterproof mascara is running low.
The packaging is a bit disappointing - I'm not sure if it's defective, but it leaks from the sides rather than the opening... half of it gets wasted when using it.

The formula is not thick, but rather very fluid, making it easy to roll on immediately after application.
The scent is reminiscent of citrus, with a refreshing aroma that I find pleasant.
The emulsification works well.
While it does not have a velvety smooth feel, the cleansing power is quite satisfactory.

Honestly, I didn't really have any issues. I'm interested in repurchasing.

Skin type: sensitive, combination skin

1. Cleansing power
It was able to cleanse waterproof mascara in one go and also melted base makeup cleanly.

2. Formulation
Compared to the Lanbell and Manyeo Factory oils I normally use, the formulation is lighter! It's just a tad more oily than the Ariel Cleansing Oil.
Lanbell, Manyeo Factory > Airy Recipe > Ariel

3. Advantages
First of all, it emulsifies easily! The lightweight formulation made the emulsification process faster, so it was easy to cleanse, and the level of irritation was reduced as much as the cleansing time.
Moreover, it shattered my prejudice that being lightweight would mean lacking in sebum removal effectiveness. It removed sebum well, and the finish wasn't overly drying, so I was very satisfied in various ways. There was also no major breakout.
As a combination skin type, I think I'll be reaching for the Airy Recipe a lot in the summer! I recommend it to those with oily or combination skin.

The moisturizing process!
• Scoop out an appropriate amount with dry hands, gently massage it onto the face, then lightly dampen with water and thoroughly perform the moisturizing process for a cleaner cleansing.

• Highly pigmented tints may leave a slight residual feeling
• The yuzu scent is subtle, but it may not suit those who are very sensitive to fragrances (for me, it's a plus 🥹)

This product has just the right consistency - not too watery, not too heavy. It applies smoothly and evenly on the face, without feeling sticky or heavy. When emulsified with water, it turns white and rinses off cleanly, making it very easy to use.

The cleansing power is excellent. Even though I don't usually wear heavy makeup, just concealer, lipstick, and mascara, the cleansing left my skin completely clean with no residue, except for some stained tint. I'm very satisfied with the cleansing performance.

After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight or dry, but rather supple and moisturized. There's no oily residue, and the finish is clean and fresh. I even noticed my skin's texture and pores seemed improved.

This is a non-comedogenic product, so it doesn't clog pores, which is great for managing breakouts. The citrusy yuzu scent is also pleasant and subtle.

It seems that the Hwahae product I recommended to my acquaintance with dry skin didn't quite suit them, despite individual differences.

It has been a long-time favorite cleansing oil of mine! The oil was so convenient to use, and it worked great for my combination skin.

After rolling, cleansing your face with lukewarm water seems to result in a more thorough cleansing!!

Overall, the cleansing is really effective and gentle, so I'm satisfied, but blackheads are not removed in the short term~

Even after makeup removal, it thoroughly cleanses the lips, eyeliner, eyebrows, and sunscreen. It also effectively removes whiteheads in the cheek area. While rolling, you can feel the sebum particles melting and moving around. However, removing stubborn blackheads may be a bit challenging.

When doing Hwahae, even if you don't realize it, the granules that come out of the pores can be felt at the fingertips.

I've been using it for a week and there are only good points. If I had to find a downside, it's that the pleasant citrus peel scent dissipates quickly after use.

These days, my facial skin has been in a mess because the cream mist doesn't suit me, so I've been managing it by doing a potato pack and applying only the gentlest lotion. Even so, I've been feeling upset because of the rough, bumpy skin I can feel on my fingertips when I wash my face. Since I have to remove the sunscreen, I gently massage and emulsify with the Airy Recipe Yuzu Cleansing Oil, and the feel of my skin in the morning was different. The uneven roughness I used to feel has disappeared. I was already upset about my facial skin these days, and when I changed the cleansing oil, my skin calmed down, and my eyes were opened. This is the only thing I've changed recently. It has a refreshing citrus peel scent and is not a lightweight oil. More than anything, it cleanses my skin without irritation and also calms it, so I'm really pleased with it.
