Wow, I really found this toner on Coupang while searching for toners, and it was only 5,000 won? So I just bought it on a whim, but I'm curious why it's this price. Even in the middle of winter, when my skin is dry, this toner didn't make my skin feel dehydrated at all - it kept it plump and moisturized.
