Rather than using it too frequently, I think 2-3 times a week might be just right!

I'm not sure if it's because it removes too much oil, but when I use it daily for a long period, I feel like my hair texture deteriorates. So now I'm only using it occasionally.

While the salt particles are great for scrubbing, they don't dissolve easily in water. This makes it a bit tricky to work into your scalp - about half the product ends up falling away before it can do its job.
