Despite its rich texture, it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling hydrated without any greasiness. During transitional seasons, I apply it day and night over a light moisturizer. As the weather gets warmer, like now, I only apply it to dry areas before bed. By morning, my skin feels less dry, and any irritation from the day seems to have calmed down. I think this would work well for those with dry or super sensitive skin! I can't think of any particular downsides to this product. The only thing I can say is that if you apply too much, it might feel a bit heavy on the skin.
