As someone with super sensitive skin, I've had issues with other cushions causing blemishes on my face. But this one seems to avoid that problem, which I really appreciate! And when I first apply it, it doesn't look cakey at all! While it looks fine initially, it starts to separate as time goes on. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I have a fairly light complexion, and I noticed that after a while, it tends to oxidize and turn yellowish. That aspect was a bit disappointing. If you have sensitive skin like me, this cushion might be worth trying. It's genuinely hydrating and wonderful. I highly recommend this cushion for combination skin types, especially during spring, fall, and winter. The ingredients are great, making it suitable for sensitive skin too. However, unlike other cushions I've tried, this one tends to pill around the eye area, creating a flaky appearance. I don't think it's an issue with my skincare routine, but you'll need to apply it carefully around the eyes. For those with super sensitive skin or combination dehydrated skin, this cushion works hard to provide that coveted Inner Glow without causing irritation. The coverage seems decent. I expected it to be dewy since it's called 'High Glow', but when I applied it to my face, it felt more like a semi-matte finish. I use shades 19-20, but the Fanel Serum In High Glow Cushion in shade 19 seems a bit darker than my complexion and has a yellowish undertone, which was disappointing. Light feel, vibrant color. Beautiful as it wears. A life-changing cushion that's gentle enough for super sensitive skin to wear daily without causing blemishes. Those prioritizing coverage might be disappointed. As light as it is, the coverage is minimal. It's not an intense 'WOW, GLOW!' but more of a subtle 'Oh, nice sheen' effect. This product has top-notch coverage... I'm planning to stick with it! It barely breaks down, and even when it does, it fades beautifully. It's absolutely fantastic! It's quite dewy and very hydrating, so without setting powder, it tends to come off easily.

It's hydrating, so I've been using it daily with pleasure. Since it's a moisturizing cushion, it tends to break down a bit as the day goes on. Also, while other Pony Effect cushions have no cautionary ingredients, High Glow has 2-3, which is a bit disappointing. Great for pore coverage! The coverage is excellent, and the dewy glow lasts all day long. The moisturizing formula feels like it's melting into the skin, creating a seamless finish. It gives off a subtle radiance that really improves the complexion. I'm completely satisfied with the natural, hydrated glow - it's not an oily shine, but a fresh, dewy look. Not recommended for oily skin. As someone with very dry skin, I prefer a radiant finish, so I love the dewy glow. However, those with oily skin might find it too shiny. With my extremely dry skin, if I don't prep my skin thoroughly, cushion foundations often make my skin look cracked and patchy quickly. But Fanel Glow is completely satisfying even when I'm in a rush and can't do a full skincare routine. It works wonders!
