It naturally brightens the skin, but like all brightening moisturizers with SPF, it doesn't provide coverage. My skin is quite sensitive, and unfortunately, I'm getting blemishes. It's disappointing... I'll give it a few more tries though... The translation maintains the original meaning while adapting it to sound more natural in English. The tone is friendly and expresses emotions appropriately. Culturally specific expressions have been replaced with equivalent phrases that resonate with English readers. Subjects have been added where necessary for clarity. Cosmetics-related terms from the synonym list have been incorporated. - d2********Oily SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMay 18, 2025
The skin tone is enhanced very naturally, feeling moisturized and the product applies and absorbs well into the skin. The amount seemed a bit small compared to the price, and the container was too long, making it a bit inconvenient for portable use. - jj********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedMay 10, 2025
This is truly a life-changing sunscreen! It evens skin tone just right and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or shiny after application. I'm already on my second bottle and absolutely loving it!! It's a definite repurchase for me. There weren't many downsides, but if I had to mention one, it's that a bit too much product comes out at once. It's manageable if you're careful with the pressure though. - mu*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2025
Every summer, I'd buy tons of sunscreens but couldn't find one that worked, so I'd give them all away and spent 10 years just letting myself tan. But when the topic of photoaging came up again, I felt determined. For 2024, I decided enough was enough. I tried my friend's sunscreen, used up popup samples, bought new products from official stores, tested Hwahae samples, and purchased full-size products with my own money. After evaluating about 50 sunscreens, this is the one I chose. I'm not affiliated with the brand and haven't received any compensation. I'm about to make my fourth purchase, all with my own money. I couldn't find a substitute, and I don't think there will be one. This is a product that absolutely must not be discontinued. When it was out of stock at Olive Young, I contacted B.plane's official website. My heart nearly stopped when they said only the small package was being discontinued! Anyway, I have sensitive skin and have tried organic, inorganic, hybrid, and baby lines, but nothing worked. Organic sunscreens made me itchy immediately, caused small blemishes, and made my skin feel hot. Inorganic ones made my skin red, ruined my complexion, pilled, and caused inflammatory acne after cleansing, making them my top avoidance. Even B.plane's green one didn't cause acne but made me itchy. That's how much sunscreen and I were like enemies! I don't know why B.plane's tone-up works so well for me. I thought maybe hybrid formulas suited me, so I tried a few from other brands, but no. It's just B.plane's purple one that works. Not only is it non-irritating, but it has many benefits: ❤️ Neutralizes yellow undertones well (You know it's hard to tone up very dark skin even with BB cream. If you're fair with yellow undertones, this will tone up perfectly. It gives a subtle glow and a natural, translucent brightening effect.) ❤️ Makes skin look good (When I wear this to work, people keep asking what I've done to my skin. When I told them about this, five coworkers bought it. They're all using it happily.) ❤️ Non-irritating (The only time I've had blemishes from this is when I passed out for days without cleansing) ❤️ Doesn't sting eyes ❤️ Adheres perfectly to skin... applies moisturizing yet matte, super fine ❤️ However, note that results may vary... B.plane, aren't you grateful? So please don't discontinue it... Don't even reformulate it... None, it's perfect. Just don't discontinue it. If there's a discontinuation issue due to expensive ingredients, I'd rather they increase the price so I can buy it forever. It doesn't transfer onto clothes when applied to the neck, so it matches the tone of your face and neck well. - li*****Combination SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2025
As someone with dry, sensitive skin, a few blemishes, and a smooth complexion, I usually don't wear makeup at all - just sunscreen. That's why I always opt for sunscreens that offer some color correction. This one provides just the right amount of brightening without being excessive, which I love. The purple tint seems to neutralize yellow undertones effectively, and the brightening effect lasts quite a while. I'm already on my umpteenth bottle! I've tried the green and blue sunscreens from the same brand, but this one definitely suits me better. It's also less irritating to my eyes compared to other brands. My eyes are particularly sensitive, so I'm quick to notice any discomfort with sunscreens, but this one causes minimal irritation. I used to buy the purple packaging version regularly, but when I saw this cute dinosaur edition as part of a special set, I had to get it. It's like trying a new brand, which keeps things interesting and prevents boredom! All in all, I'm absolutely in love with this product. Highly recommended! I'm so satisfied with this product that I can't think of any particular downsides to mention. - hy********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 9, 2025
For combination dehydrated skin, blemishes, and acne. When you want a bit of brightening but don't want to go full makeup, this gives you a confidence boost. The slightly purple tint effectively cancels out yellow undertones. As someone with a darker neck than face, applying this makes me look like I'm two different people - pale on top and dark on the bottom! So I apply it to my neck too. The absorption is decent, making it quite good for quick application when you're in a hurry. It seems to leave a white cast. Seriously, don't apply this if your nose is dry and flaking - I'm warning you from personal experience. When your skin isn't in good condition, it really gets stuck in the pores. It's like it's creating pores where there weren't any before. Everything just gets trapped in there. Apply sparingly - an******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 3, 2025
I applied this over my moisturizer about an hour before an appointment and washed it off around 5 hours later. Since my complexion is already on the lighter side, I think it blended in nicely without being too noticeable. There's a very slight feeling of heaviness on the skin. Other than that, I'm not sure what else to say. - ji********Combination SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 1, 2025
It's not too sticky, and when applied in moderation, it beautifully brightens the complexion. I've been using it consistently in both summer and winter. The best part? It doesn't cause any blemishes at all! However, you might need to be a bit careful with the amount. Instead of squeezing out a long line, it's better to dot it around your face and then spread it. If you apply too much, you might end up looking like a ghost!
