I have skin around shade 19, and this brightening moisturizer works great on my neck when used alone or to add volume to my cheekbones and forehead. Although it's marketed as a glow product, I was disappointed that it didn't give me the luminous finish I was hoping for. - ld*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 8, 2025
As expected from Espoir, a brand known for their color cosmetics, the shade range and coverage of this foundation were truly excellent! However, being a "be glow" foundation, while the initial glow is beautiful, over time it starts to look more like, well, excess oil? In the photos I've shared, the first one shows my usual skin, while the second reveals the noticeable oiliness that develops on my cheeks and nose after using the product. What's more, applying powder causes the skin to clump and separate significantly, making it impossible to set with powder. This makes it challenging to wear the foundation for extended periods. I found that using a makeup fixer beforehand helped reduce some of the oily shine. Lately, I've been mixing it with a more matte foundation, which has improved the results somewhat. Hope this helps as a reference! - ap***********Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 7, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It has a true pink base, which is perfect for my daily makeup routine since I have a yellowish skin tone. Sometimes the pink tone can be a bit overwhelming, so I find myself using quite a bit when mixing it with other products. - a1*******Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 22, 2025
1. 4/5 Coverage 2. 3/5 Adherence 3. Suits both cool and warm undertones well 1. Comes off easily 2. Lacks staying power 3. Transfers significantly 1. Build a solid skincare base 2. Set thoroughly with powder 3. Use a primer - 47********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 19, 2025
While it's not as moisturizing as a cushion foundation, it's fantastic as a highlighter! It feels a tad dry, and if you're not applying it in specific areas, it might look quite floaty on your skin. I'd recommend dampening the puff with some mist or water before application for better results. - an*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 9, 2025
It's neither too light nor too dark for a foundation! While it's too thick to expect a brightening moisturizer effect, it has coverage similar to a foundation! It does make your complexion look beautiful. The artificial fragrance... That's the only downside. Maybe the thick application? I don't reach for it often. I mix a tiny amount with a brightening moisturizer to lighten it up. Or I use it on its own! It's too thick to use as a base layer, unfortunately. - ch*******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJun 5, 2025
I've been using this for about a month. True to its "glow" name, it's wonderfully hydrating. I love using it as a highlighter on my cheekbones, cheeks, and T-zone. It gives such a natural finish that I'm absolutely thrilled with it. It was recommended to apply this all over the face and then use a matching foundation shade on top. However, when I tried that method, my makeup became too heavy and the overall look wasn't flattering at all. For those with combination dehydrated skin or looking to achieve that coveted Inner Glow, this product works hard to deliver results. It absorbs well without feeling sticky, making it perfect for layering in your daily skincare routine. Just be mindful of how you apply it to avoid any pilling or excess product buildup. - mj********Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2025
I've been wanting to try this foundation from this brand for a while now. For a mid-range brand, the price is quite reasonable for the amount you get, which raises expectations about its quality. I needed a foundation with a peachy tone rather than one matching my skin color exactly, so I chose the Wedding Peach shade. The product name 'Be Glow' promises a dewy, radiant finish, and it truly delivers! It's incredibly hydrating with a subtle, moisturizing glow. You can feel the dewiness and see the radiance immediately after application, but as it melds with your skin over time, it becomes even more subtle while maintaining that moisturized feel. The peachy tone appears quite vibrant at first but then adapts beautifully to your skin. I think layering the Be Glow Wedding Peach with the 21N Neutral Ivory on top would be perfect for my complexion. The texture is lightweight, yet it feels substantial when applied. This is probably due to the powerful combination of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and peptides in the formula. It's like having a reliable ally when starting your makeup routine. Highly recommended! While the product quality is great, I find the packaging a bit disappointing. The pump dispenses a bit too much product at once, and even after wiping off the excess, some residue remains around the nozzle, which feels a bit wasteful. It works wonderfully for touch-ups over concealer, blending seamlessly for a natural gradient effect. - 9w********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 1, 2025
✔️Hydration When applied, it gives a subtle glow without being overwhelming, though it was surprisingly less moisturizing than expected ✔️Coverage Slightly below medium-high coverage, allowing a bit of skin to show through ✔️Longevity Overall, it maintains a clean finish throughout wear ✔️Dryness It felt less hydrating than anticipated ✔️Lasting power Tends to get a bit oily and breaks down around the mouth area, which is slightly disappointing It would be good for mixing with darker foundations to adjust the shade - ej********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedApr 27, 2025
The foundation adheres beautifully to the skin without floating or pilling, giving a smooth application from start to finish. I was amazed by its longevity and how it maintains a natural glow without getting oily over time, despite being a luminous foundation. It creates a truly natural and pretty Inner Glow effect, making the skin look healthy and vibrant. Thanks to its excellent adherence without any lifting, my makeup stayed flawless all day long. I've tried products like B.Glow and B.Silk before, but they didn't suit my skin well. After trying various products, I've come back to Espoir. I think I'll be sticking with this one. The 'Wedding Peach' pink base that came with it was also really useful. When mixed with the foundation, it naturally brightens the complexion and works perfectly as a highlighter. For those with fair and clear skin, I highly recommend using Wedding Peach alone for a beautiful skin finish. I have no complaints. I'm very satisfied. It's perfect because it's moisturizing. You can mix it with your foundation or use it as a highlighter.
