If you prefer a dewy glow over coverage, I highly recommend this product. It's incredibly lightweight - you'll barely feel like you're wearing makeup. Being from Primera, the ingredients are very gentle, and it won't cause any blemishes. For those with sensitive skin looking for a thin, hydrating cushion, Primera's cushion is an absolute must-try! While it's thin and hydrating, the coverage is practically non-existent. Layering doesn't seem to build up coverage either. Also, when trying to control the amount of product by tapping the puff on the side, it separates very easily... which is quite inconvenient. The cushion offers a beautiful Inner Glow effect, perfect for those who prioritize a healthy-looking complexion over concealing imperfections. It's especially suitable for combination dehydrated skin types, as it provides hydration without feeling heavy. However, if you're looking for a product to even out your skin tone or cover blemishes, you might find this cushion lacking in that department. - ch*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 25, 2025
Great coverage and creates a beautiful skin finish. When used for touch-ups, it gives a fresh, cream-like glow as if you've just applied makeup. It's moisturizing, so I recommend it as a cushion for dry skin. While the coverage is decent, those with good skin can achieve a gorgeous, natural look with a light application. Just be careful not to overdo it, as it can go on a bit thick if you don't control the amount well! The mesh design was inconvenient because the product would seep out even without pressing the puff. Although it doesn't leak outside the cushion case, so it won't stain your purse or bag, it kept getting on the opposite cover. - rl*********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsApr 20, 2025
The cushion compact has a sleek design. The puff looks lovely with its yellow accent. After using the product, I found it inconvenient that the case and contents often separated. Initially, it felt moisturizing, but it became drying over time, and I even developed blemishes. Those with super sensitive skin should carefully consider before purchasing this product. - an*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 15, 2025
Primera's Niacinica Watery Cream Cushion is a gentle option that's perfect for those with super sensitive skin. The ivory shade gives a natural, radiant complexion that's ideal for daily wear. Thanks to its hyaluronic acid-coated powder, it provides both an Inner Glow and a soothing, hydrating effect. It applies thinly while naturally covering pores and redness, making your skin look clear and bright. With its non-fading, moisturizing staying power, I felt comfortable all day without needing touch-ups. It's a bit tricky to control the amount of product, and after some time, it slightly emphasizes skin texture. - de*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 1, 2025
I used the cica cream and cushion together, and after a lifetime of only wearing matte makeup, this combination made me start using glowy makeup for the first time ever. I'm personally so satisfied that I plan to repurchase both the cushion and cream, but I've noticed opinions vary greatly depending on individual experiences. I'll focus on the aspects I found particularly satisfying, which should help you use it with confidence: ✔️ It gives a luminous finish that makes even dry skin look naturally moisturized and healthy ✔️ While the coverage isn't particularly high, it's great for skin expression when applied over concealer as a first step ✔️ It's excellent for touch-ups, as reapplying doesn't cause caking, emphasize dead skin cells, or create patchiness - it looks like freshly applied makeup ✔️ As a 21 Cool tone, I found it brighter than typical cushions, which I loved for its radiant effect, though opinions on this aspect also vary Those who enjoy a well-matched tone with a radiant and hydrated skin appearance, and those concerned about sensitive skin prone to flushing, will likely be very satisfied with this product. The lack of a refill option is somewhat disappointing. It would be great if they released a version with refills available. This combination works even better when used with the cream, creating a synergistic effect. For those like me who find it suits them well, it's truly a praiseworthy pairing! - rg********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 28, 2025
This cushion foundation has great application and a nice puff! The compact case is also pretty (I'm really struggling to find more positive things to say) My skin completely broke out after using this... The color is also too dark. If you're lighter than shade 21, you'll definitely find this too dark! - yu******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 21, 2025
As someone who regularly visits dermatologists, I noticed they often advise against wearing makeup for a few days after laser treatments. Being someone who can't leave the house without makeup, I decided to find a cushion foundation with gentle ingredients. After a thorough search, I discovered this gem! I've been using it consistently, even when I'm not recovering from laser treatments, and I'm quite satisfied with it. I love how the sheer formula allows my natural skin tone to peek through while giving my complexion a beautiful glow. Another plus is that it's available at Olive Young, so I can snag it at a discounted price during their sales events! I'd recommend this cushion to those looking for a product with good ingredients that won't burden the skin. However, if you're expecting high coverage and long-lasting wear, you might find it disappointing in several aspects. - cp********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 6, 2025
First off, I love how it makes my skin look clean and flawless. The way it wears off is actually quite pretty. I usually use shade 19, so I was worried since this only comes in two shades. But it applies evenly with a soft, velvety finish that I'm quite happy with. The glow is subtle - more of an Inner Glow than a dewy look. The makeup barely creases and there's no darkening - it seems to be a cushion that doesn't oxidize at all. I highly recommend this for people with dry skin, those worried about darkening, or those with super sensitive skin. After about 18-20 hours, it doesn't look as nice, but up until about 15 hours in, it wears off beautifully. The only downside is that when you tap the puff, too much product comes out at once. You really need to press very, very gently. - db********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 23, 2025
As someone with extremely dry skin using shade 22, I'm really satisfied with this product. To be honest, the coverage isn't amazing, and the staying power isn't extraordinary either. However, it doesn't break down messily; it tends to fade away gracefully, which is nice. The best part is, as someone with extremely dry skin, I've struggled to find suitable cushions. I've been stuck using Dalba's tone-up sunscreen to the point of boredom, but this cushion, which I bought after almost a year, works great for me! The ingredients are gentle, so I don't get any blemishes, and my skin feels comfortable. I think I'll keep using it for a long time. Just note that it feels quite sticky and moisturizing, so those without dry skin might not like it as much. You can adjust by using lighter skincare underneath! I think it would be great for those with super sensitive skin too!! I'm really satisfied with it. As for the color, based on shade 22, it gives a nice brightening effect without being overwhelming!! Those who usually use shade 17 might find it dark, while those who use 23 should be able to blend it without much contrast if applied thinly. The staying power isn't incredibly long-lasting! However, it fades away naturally, making touch-ups easy. Those with oily skin might not like how dewy it looks. I spray a generous amount of mist on the puff for an even more hydrating finish! - le******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 23, 2025
It's great for sensitive skin - no blemishes, keeps skin hydrated and gives a radiant complexion! My skin feels comfortable. The foundation doesn't break down or darken much, it just seems to fade naturally. It works well for touch-ups throughout the day. The scent is that distinctive herbal aroma, similar to Primera toners or creams. The coverage is quite sheer, more like a brightening moisturizer that evens skin tone. If you want more coverage, I'd recommend the CNP Black Cushion instead. After a while, it can feel a bit dry and may settle into fine lines. I recommend this for touch-ups, especially if you have super sensitive skin like me. My daily routine is Ato Sun Cream, followed by Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint, then Primera cushion. I use this cushion for touch-ups throughout the day.
