Compared to other products, this one is packed with hydration, leaving no dryness at all after use! It's great at removing makeup, and it's an excellent choice for managing excess oil and blackheads. The texture is slightly runny, which I find perfect for my skin! From my perspective, there's nothing to complain about! However, if you're not a fan of thinner oil-based cleansers, you might find the runny consistency a bit disappointing. This cleanser works hard to keep your skin balanced and clean. It's especially good for combination dehydrated skin types, offering deep cleansing without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. The formula absorbs well and doesn't leave any sticky residue, making it a great addition to your daily skincare routine. - sh*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 13, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

On days when I do wear makeup, Torriden is quite a good choice for a cleansing oil. Just switching to Torriden made a noticeable difference - as you can see in the photo, the redness that used to flare up has calmed down significantly. While it's almost irritation-free, being an oil product, you might get a pimple or two popping up after use. When massaging the oil, you can feel it lifting sebum and dead skin cells. I think it works well for deep pore cleansing too. I'm satisfied with the cleansing effectiveness. Since I don't use waterproof products, this oil removed my eyeliner, brow makeup, eyeshadow, foundation, and lip color completely. After about 6 months of use, my verdict is: "Being an oil, it's not entirely blemish-free. However, it removes makeup without irritation." 1. Apply to a cotton pad and wipe off makeup in this order: foundation, eyebrows, eyes, lips. 2. Use a fresh cotton pad to remove any remaining makeup residue. 3. Massage with warm hands, gradually adding water to emulsify and rinse. Finish with a cleansing foam. - rh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 26, 2025
Cleansing Oil Texture: When you think of cleansing oils, there's often that characteristic heavy feeling. But this one? It's surprisingly light! Cleansing Oil Performance: I was a bit worried that its lightweight nature might compromise its cleansing power or ability to remove sebum. But I'm happy to report it works hard to cleanse thoroughly! The scent is also quite pleasant - not overpowering at all. I doubt it would be polarizing for anyone. Overall Impression: I'm generally satisfied with both the oil and foam cleansers. I usually shy away from oils because I dislike that heavy, greasy feeling. I tend to opt for water-oil hybrids instead. But this one's lightness really won me over! A word of caution for cleansing oil users: Be extra diligent during the emulsification process. If you're not thorough, you risk developing skin irritation. Always make sure to emulsify thoroughly! Remember, proper cleansing is key to maintaining a healthy complexion. This lightweight cleansing oil effectively removes makeup and impurities without leaving your skin feeling stripped or greasy. Its gentle formula makes it suitable for various skin types, including those with sensitive skin. For best results, massage the oil onto dry skin, then add water to emulsify before rinsing thoroughly. Follow up with your favorite foam cleanser for a complete double cleansing routine. - ej********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedApr 27, 2025
The 4th photo shows a quick swipe test, while the 5th is after full cleansing! What I loved most about this cleansing oil is its powerful cleansing effectiveness combined with minimal skin irritation. For this test, I applied mascara, eyeliner, pearl eyeshadow stick, and tint to compare. With just a light double roll for the first pass, most of the tint and eyeliner came off easily. When I cleansed thoroughly as I normally would, everything except for some tint staining was completely removed. I was particularly impressed by how gently it dissolved stubborn products like mascara and pearl eyeshadow without any smudging, making the cleansing process a breeze. Despite being an oil, it doesn't leave behind any heavy or greasy residue. Instead, it emulsifies into a watery texture, leaving the skin feeling fresh and clean. It didn't sting my eyes during use, making it comfortable for eye makeup removal, and my skin felt hydrated without any tightness after rinsing. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for powerful cleansing without irritation! It doesn't completely eliminate eye blurriness, but I guess that's somewhat unavoidable with cleansing oils. - da*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 19, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

As it's an oil, it leaves my skin moisturized, which is perfect for my dry skin. There's no lingering oily residue typical of cleansing oils, making it comfortable for consistent use. It's important to gently massage a sufficient amount over your entire face for thorough cleansing. The cleansing effectiveness is so good that even a little rubbing removes makeup well! After emulsifying and following up with a second cleanse, I could remove all my makeup completely. - cd******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 24, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Skin type: Combination-oily (and recently my skin has become super sensitive, so I've been avoiding exfoliation) - Texture and application: It has a thin consistency. I usually don't like cleansing oils with a slightly sticky texture as they don't emulsify well and don't suit me, but this product is as fluid as my usual one, which I love. - Emulsification: It emulsifies well. - Irritation: Sometimes I massage cleansing oils for about 10 minutes, and even then, this one didn't cause any irritation, which was great. - Cleansing effectiveness: While I'm not sure about eye makeup as I only wear face makeup, it removed my base makeup well. Surprisingly, it was as effective for managing sebum and blackheads as cleansing oils specifically designed for that purpose. Overall: An excellent product for sebum control with minimal irritation. I'm satisfied enough to continue using it unless something unexpected happens! Hmm, I can't think of any real downsides, but if I had to nitpick... Although it contains hyaluronic acid, it doesn't leave your skin extremely hydrated after washing. But it does provide a decent level of hydration. - no********Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The emulsification process is quick and smooth, making it great for rolling. It also does a decent job of removing sebum. While it may not be exceptionally outstanding, it could be quite suitable for daily use. The quantity is a bit disappointing. You'll find yourself using it up quickly with multiple pumps. When considering the value for money, it's quite underwhelming. For someone like me who doesn't typically get along with oil-based cleansers but needs to use them occasionally, this product seems to be a good fit. While any oil cleanser tends to cause blemishes for me, which is unfortunate, this one seems to be the lesser evil. - sk******Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It removes makeup thoroughly in just one go! Still, I followed my usual routine of using cleansing oil for the first cleanse and foam cleanser for the second... #Texture I've tried the Manyo Factory cleansing oil before, and I think the texture is similar to other cleansing oils! I was expecting a yellow oil, but the Torriden cleansing oil is actually transparent. #Recommended skin types With its low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, it can provide hydration, so it might be good for dry and combination dehydrated skin... Actually, just use it regardless of your skin type! #Texture I'm used to cleansing milk, so the runny texture feels unfamiliar to me. - h5********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 22, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

While it's a matter of personal preference, I find it better than the typical oil smell or other fragrances (I've tried MN and BPRO). The cleansing effectiveness is decent. Though I haven't been wearing makeup lately, it removes sunscreen well and draws out sebum adequately. The texture is on the lighter side, not feeling heavy at all. I love the sky-blue container, and the lack of a label gives it a clean look! Oddly, the pump is quite sensitive, making it tricky to control the amount dispensed. It doesn't completely excel at extracting sebum. - tr********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2025Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

However, I felt more comfortable trying Torriden's since they're known for their hydration-focused products, and I've already emptied several bottles of their ampoules. After using it, I was pleased that it didn't leave my skin feeling overly tight. It was a nice touch that they included a handwritten note, even for a Hwahae Tester like me - it definitely improved my mood! Despite my oily, sensitive skin, I didn't experience any major blemishes after use, and it effectively removed my makeup. (Of course, I still felt a slight oily residue, so I followed up with a foaming cleanser. But it definitely excelled at removing eye makeup!) While it was less intimidating than other brands' cleansing oils, I still didn't find myself reaching for it often after a few uses. I've heard you're supposed to use a generous amount of cleansing oil, so I did, but that left me feeling a bit greasy. That's why I always followed up with a foaming cleanser. Maybe I haven't mastered the technique yet, but as someone with oily skin, I just didn't feel compelled to use it regularly.
