It's great for covering pores and goes on super smooth, really helping to control oiliness when you need it! The slight purple tint is perfect for brightening areas where you want to even out your skin tone. The downside is that while it goes on nicely at first, when you try to touch up your makeup later, it can look clumpy and unattractive. You'll need to remove it and reapply for touch-ups, which is a bit of a hassle. Try dabbing a bit on the sides of your nose - it can create the illusion of smaller nose wings! - mi***********Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 22, 2025
•Excellent adherence and long-lasting wear •Gives a natural brightening effect when applied •Great for lightweight application •Excellent value for money •The included puff causes the product to clump •The product breaks apart too easily Instead of using the included puff, try purchasing a different one from Daiso - kj******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 21, 2025
I use this almost every day! It gives such a lovely soft-focus finish. I use shades 19 to 21 in cushions. If your skin is a bit darker, it might look a bit ashy. But let me tell you, this is definitely not 3000 won quality. The value for money is incredible! It causes blemishes... tiny bumps... and feels like it's clogging my pores. But I still use it because it looks so pretty! It might just be my skin reacting this way. Also, it's crucial to control how much you apply! Instead of using the cushion puff that comes with it, try applying it with a brush. It goes on more evenly and doesn't cake up. - sk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 14, 2025
지속력은 낮아서 금방 없어지지만 가성비템으로 굿 같이 들어있는 퍼프는 진짜 별로니까 교체해서 쓰세요! - yc*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 11, 2025
Your skin becomes baby-soft and I highly recommend it for those with yellowish undertones... The excess powder is really intense.. Sometimes it doesn't seem to adhere well.. It's a bit disappointing None - bi*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 9, 2025
Recommended skin type: Oily Coverage & Adherence: This is absolutely amazing when used with those pink puffs you can get two for a thousand won at Daiso. It completely neutralizes yellow undertones without leaving a chalky white residue, and it does an excellent job of controlling excess oil. I honestly can't think of any downsides while using this product! - hi****Combination SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2025
An irreplaceable must-have that should never be discontinued. A ray of hope for those with oily, yellow-toned skin. I couldn't find any flaws... There's nothing to complain about... I can't even write 20 characters about drawbacks. - le*************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 7, 2025
1. Great tone-correcting ability! It really helps neutralize yellow undertones. I'd actually recommend applying this over a yellow-based foundation. If you use it on top of a cool-toned base, your face might look too pale or washed out... That's how effective the tone correction is! 2. Excellent pore-blurring effect! It leaves your skin looking smooth and minimizes the appearance of pores. While the staying power isn't amazing and it doesn't last all day, that's pretty standard for most powder compacts, so it's not a big drawback. 3. It doesn't make your skin feel super dry! I have combination dehydrated skin, but I didn't experience any deep dryness with this. When I used the Maybelline Fit Me powder, that dryness was intense, but this one is much better in that regard. 4. No blemishes popped up! Even though it's from Daiso, the ingredients seem to be better quality than some other compacts from Olive Young. I had a lot of breakouts with the Wet n Wild powder, so I switched back to this one. Unless you're going for high-end department store brands, I think this outperforms many products from Olive Young or other road shops in terms of quality. I'll definitely keep using it! 1. It doesn't control oil very well... After about 5 hours, you can feel the oil starting to creep through. If you have very oily skin, this might not be effective for you. You'll probably need to look for a different compact in the summer. 2. The included puff isn't great, but the Banila Co. puff works amazingly with this! Just keep in mind you'll need to tap it off a few times, as there can be some excess powder. Besides these two points, I can't find any other downsides to this compact! It's better than many Olive Young options, especially considering the incredible price. Using the Banila Co. powder puff works well, but make sure to tap off the excess on the back of your hand first! Otherwise, it might go on too white and thick. - x5********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 7, 2025
It's absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I'd be willing to pay double the price for this. It does an excellent job controlling oil and provides a great brightening effect. The built-in powder puff is a bit disappointing, though. Skip the puff that comes with the powder. Instead, grab a separate powder puff from Daiso and use that instead. It works so much better! - im******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedJun 6, 2025
It's great for controlling excess oil when you're on the go. Just apply it when your skin starts to get shiny, and it effectively manages oiliness. The added bonus is its brightening effect - it even slightly evens out any darkening on your base makeup, which is fantastic. The best part? It's only 3,000 won for such a great product. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. The compact breaks easily, and the foundation tends to clump on the included puff. To avoid clumping, try swapping out the puff for a 500-won powder puff from Daiso or use a powder brush instead.
