But Partyon's Hydrating Sunscreen is a game-changer! It absorbs well and isn't sticky at all, so I find myself reaching for it often. Even when applied before makeup, there's no pilling. In fact, it seems to help my makeup go on more smoothly.
ConsThe only downside is that the formula feels so light, I'm a bit concerned about how well it actually protects against UV rays. However, since it doesn't clump up, I can carry it with me and reapply throughout the day without any issues.
TipFor those with super sensitive skin or combination dehydrated skin, this sunscreen might be worth trying. It provides hydration without feeling heavy, which could help balance your skin's oil and moisture levels. Remember, even on cloudy days, a daily sunscreen routine is crucial for maintaining a healthy complexion and evening out your skin tone over time.

Pros: * Despite having sensitive skin that often breaks out with the wrong sunscreen, this one caused absolutely zero blemishes. * The application is a dream - it spreads smoothly without any stickiness or white cast. * You can apply makeup immediately after using this sunscreen with no pilling. In fact, the added hydration helps your makeup adhere even better. Thanks to this sunscreen, I've developed a real appreciation for the Partione brand and I'm curious to try their other products.
ConsCons: * While it provides hydration, it's not deeply moisturizing. This is truly just a "gentle and easily absorbed" sunscreen in its purest form.
TipThis sunscreen has truly impressed me with its gentle formula that works wonders for sensitive skin. It's refreshing to find a product that offers effective sun protection without causing any irritation or blemishes. The smooth application and compatibility with makeup make it a versatile choice for daily use. While it may not be a heavy-duty moisturizer, its hydrating properties are a welcome bonus. For those struggling to find a sunscreen that doesn't trigger sensitivity, this Partione product could be a game-changer in your skincare routine.

The texture is great, like a hydrating moisturizer, and the best part is that it's not greasy at all. I used to avoid sunscreens because of white cast and pilling, but this one works well under makeup. It feels like a medicinal ointment, and it seems to help with blemishes too. They say it's as moisturizing as applying a hydrating cream three times, and it really does feel that way.
ConsThe scent is exactly like an ointment, which is a bit disappointing. But as they say, good medicine tastes bitter, so I can tolerate the scent since it feels like I'm applying something beneficial for my skin.
TipWith any sunscreen, I'm cautious about applying it too thickly around my eyes to avoid irritation and poor absorption. With the Partone sunscreen, I first apply it like an ointment on areas with blemishes, let it dry a bit, then spread a thin layer all over my face. It doesn't pill at all this way.

I was satisfied that there was no pilling or separation when applying cushion foundation over the sunscreen. Texture: The moisturizing formula feels incredibly hydrating when applied. It's as comfortable as applying a hydrating cream, making it perfect for daily use. Scent: Apart from a very slight minty scent from the cica ingredients, there's no particular fragrance, so I've been using it without any aversion. Recommended skin types: Suitable for blemish-prone skin, sensitive combination dehydrated skin
ConsI trust using this sunscreen on my blemish-prone skin since it's from Purito. However, it's slightly disappointing that it becomes a bit oily as time passes. I think paying extra attention during cleansing might help with this issue.

Even with my super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes. Just note that it doesn't have makeup-like functions such as reducing redness. Usually, when I apply sunscreen and makeup, it can get dry and flaky over time, or clump and pill, but this product had none of those issues. Instead, when I apply makeup over it, it's like I've used a primer - it balances out the oil that comes through over time, making my makeup last longer. Typically, my skin's natural oils would make my makeup melt away, but this seems to delay that process and keep the makeup in place, even in areas that produce less oil like the cheeks. The texture is incredibly lightweight with a smooth-gliding emulsion formula. It's easy to spread, so a small amount goes a long way. I especially love the slim, long packaging that conveniently slips into my bag or pouch!
ConsOh, there's really nothing to complain about... Maybe it might feel a bit insufficient for those with extremely dry skin? In winter, I use a rich cream underneath, so I waited a bit for the cream to absorb into my skin before applying this sunscreen to avoid pilling. It requires a bit of patience!

Having blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin, I've always struggled to find the right sunscreen. Mineral sunscreens were too drying, while chemical ones worried me about blemishes and rich feel. I think I might settle on this product. True to its name as a hydrating sunscreen, it feels like applying a light moisturizer. It absorbs well with a cool, refreshing sensation without leaving any sticky residue. What I loved most was that it didn't affect my base makeup (no pilling, etc.). On days when I only wore this product, I noticed it immediately dissolved into a white lather when I wet my face to cleanse. While it might not be resistant to sweat or water, this suggests it should be easy to remove.
ConsThe scent isn't pleasant. It smells like something burnt, similar to charcoal, with a slight chemical odor. However, it's not overwhelmingly unpleasant each time you use it, and after using it once or twice, you get used to it and hardly notice it anymore.

I found it very useful as it doesn't cause makeup to pill even when applied before foundation. As someone with sensitive eyes prone to irritation, I was pleased that it didn't cause any discomfort~ The tube opening is designed like an ointment container, making it easy to control the amount used.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad! However, as someone who likes to apply sunscreen generously, I wish it came in a larger size.
TipSince it's a type that leaves a slightly rich finish, I recommend using blotting paper after application.

It doesn't feel heavy and absorbs well into the skin due to its lightweight application. Packaging: Tube type The tube container has a round nozzle, making it pleasant to apply directly onto the skin. It's easy to control the amount, allowing you to pat on small quantities like an eye cream. Application: Excellent absorption There's no pilling, so you can layer it multiple times without issues. Apply it like a true moisturizer, gently patting it in for better absorption. You can reapply as needed without any pilling. Recommended skin types: Dry skin, Combination (mine) worked well. Personally, I didn't experience any skin tightness or greasy shine after use. It's best to pat it in gently for absorption. Blemishes: Thankfully, I didn't experience any. I'm very satisfied as it didn't cause any blemishes, likely due to its balanced oil content.
ConsNot recommended for those seeking brightening or blemish coverage. It's a non-whitening formula, so it doesn't provide coverage. Those sensitive to scents should note it has a slight herbal fragrance. Consider this before purchasing. Considering the 40ml volume, it's hard to say the price point is inexpensive. You can't use it too liberally.
TipIt's great for times when you're not wearing makeup, exercising, or going for a walk. You can keep it in your pocket and apply it like an eye cream, dabbing it on your cheeks and reapplying as needed. For sunscreen, it's said to be effective when reapplied every few hours. The nozzle and texture are similar to a moisturizer or eye cream, making it pleasant to apply directly onto the skin. You can pat it in gently for absorption, and even with multiple applications, it doesn't feel dry or heavy, which is great.

Doesn't cause blemishes 3. Doesn't cause makeup to pill I have combination dehydrated skin with a T-zone that's oily-dry and a U-zone that's dry, plus super sensitive skin. My skin easily turns red and is prone to blemishes and hives when I use just anything - it's as delicate as a jellyfish! After using this sunscreen for 7 days, I found its biggest strengths are that it's moisturizing and doesn't cause makeup to pill. Personally, it didn't cause any hives or blemishes, so I think it could work as a safe, reliable product. At first, I thought it might leave an oily sheen, but once it's fully absorbed, my skin feels hydrated yet soft and matte. It also brightens my complexion, so I'd recommend it as a no-makeup cream. I think people with naturally good skin will love it even more!
Cons1. Small amount 2. Polarizing scent 3. No tone coverage I usually only use products that are super hydrating but not oily. As a Hwahae Tester, I tried this product and liked that it simplified my skincare routine. However, it doesn't provide any coverage, making it difficult for a foundation-free makeup look. Also, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it to those sensitive to fragrances. While I don't think NOSCANA9's product is bad, I just don't find myself reaching for it... And the amount is a bit disappointing. Personally, I wish it came in a larger size so I could use it as a body sunscreen.
TipIf you apply powder after this sunscreen, you can achieve a natural, slightly brightened, bare-skin look! It seems perfect for winter use. For those with dry skin, even if you skip moisturizer after applying toner, serum, and ampoule, it's fine to apply this directly as it's quite rich. It helps avoid the hassle of flaking, makeup breakdown, and excess oiliness that can happen when your base isn't properly prepared or when you apply too much product. Pro tip: After applying makeup, put some on your neck for a natural brightness without any heaviness. It's really good!

It absorbs quickly with a fresh feel, preventing any pilling with makeup. It even seems to help create a nice glow. Since the sunscreen itself doesn't have a whitening effect, it's perfect to use before makeup. As someone with super sensitive skin, I found this product to be incredibly gentle - no blemishes appeared at all!
ConsThe opening mechanism isn't a tube or similar design, so twisting it open each time was a bit inconvenient.
TipRecommended as a pre-makeup sunscreen and a sunscreen that works well under makeup!
