When you're nearing the end of the product, it becomes a bit challenging to squeeze out due to the packaging.

The absorbs well is fantastic! Knowing how crucial the skin barrier is, I'm obsessed with protecting it. After my skin was irritated from retinol, applying this cream thickly before bed made it feel better by morning. Even when I use a heavy serum underneath, this cream manages to control some of the excess shine. It's so well-formulated that you can use it in summer too. For spring, fall, and winter, it's great to layer it a few times.

For a cream, the hydration is too weak. You can't solve your moisture needs with this alone. In the end, you'll have to apply two creams...

It absorbs nicely. Not too heavy and has just the right amount of richness.

I used it primarily at night, applying it as a final step after my moisturizer rather than during the day.

There weren't any downsides, but I'll need to use it through summer to determine if it feels heavy in warmer weather.

My skin barrier was compromised during winter, causing stinging and deep dryness. I purchased this along with Layerlab's panthenol ampoule, and it definitely helped improve the stinging sensation and deep dryness. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I was worried it might be too heavy, but it wasn't heavy or sticky at all, making me reach for it often. While it's fragrance-free, it has a subtle scent reminiscent of Anytime candy, which I personally enjoyed.

It might be too heavy for summer use. In the morning, I notice slight dryness around my eyes, so I've been layering it two or three times in that area.

My skin type is combination dehydrated, occasionally prone to mild inflammatory acne. The texture is slightly thick, and it doesn't spread easily in one go - you need to pat it in several times for good absorption. After application, there's a definite feeling of a protective layer on the skin.

It's on the pricier side. Considering the cost, it's not something you can apply liberally without thinking.

I purchased this product as soon as it was released, to use alongside the previously launched serum from the same line. I've been using it consistently throughout the winter and I'm very pleased with it. 

What stands out most is its unique texture, quite different from many other moisturizers on the market. It's like whipped cream, but not too thick. The more you layer it, the better it absorbs into the skin without sitting on top, making for a really pleasant application experience.

I chose the 311 cream because it has a higher concentration of cholesterol compared to ceramides and fatty acids. This is said to be more effective for anti-aging, skin regeneration, and improving the skin barrier. While it's sufficient for everyday use, I'm particularly satisfied with how it performs when I apply it generously as the final step in my skincare routine before winter outdoor runs. Even when I only apply sunscreen before going out, I come back with my skin still feeling hydrated and moisturized.

The ingredients seem beneficial for those with a compromised skin barrier. If you experience dryness during use, try applying a slightly oil-rich or thick serum beforehand, or gently layer a heavier cream on top. I found the hydration lasted longest when used with the serum from the same brand.

Perhaps due to the minimal oil content, I felt a sense of dryness. While my cheeks were fine, I noticed deep dryness around my eyes. I usually experience this with most products, but it happened more quickly with this one. Using it with the serum from the same brand helps reduce the dry feeling, but it's disappointing that it doesn't pair well with other brands.

The texture is fascinating. It absorbs incredibly smoothly, and even when layered, it doesn't feel thick or leave much shine. Even with generous application, it never feels heavy. It worked well for my combination dehydrated skin. Be cautious if you're sensitive to shea butter, though, as it's an ingredient.

As soon as I stopped using it, my blemishes calmed down.
